“As an international traveler I was pleasantly surprised at the way I was treated with my friends. There was understandable caution from the door team but after a positive interaction with the head door person we were allowed entry, there was quite a few of us . We all go out ID checked and that was humorous. The venue was just what we needed the place and the music was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had had an absolute blast! I accidentally ordered two 12-inch pizzas instead of two 16-inch ones, and when I rang up to see if I could change it, the manager was incredibly kind and offered to give me two 16-inch pizzas free of charge. That level of generosity and customer care is rare these days, and it really made my experience memorable. The pizzas themselves were delicious – fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care.
