She had her 2 year development check and the health visitor was pleasantly surprised that she could jump with both her feet above the ground all by herself at this young age. “Very pleased with my beautiful Christmas Tree, lovely shape & colour, a Nordmann Classic. Customer service was great all round. I emailed to reserve a tree on the Thursday & picked it up Saturday morning as arranged. Staff let me know the best place to pull up my car so they could load it into the boot for me. I definitely recommend G T Blagg for christmas trees & customer service. For a modest fee, they do home delivery. Next year might treat myself & go for this, as I’ll definitely be a returning customer.”

One staff member in particular helped us a lot with the bigger wall and harnesses. We are 100% coming back. “Great place to climb. Set in an old church so plenty of hight to the walls. Great selection or roped climbs and lead routes. Some auto belays too. Bouldering and a gym there too. Drinks and some snack bars available and some climbing g essentials to buy. Welcoming staff and onside parking. Press the green button while pushing the door to get in from the car park.”

“Gourley vets were absolutely amazing with me and my dog this weekend, after ringing up for an emergency appointment was seen straight away. The lady that came to greet us at the door was lovely, really helpful and tried her best to calm me And reassure me. Diego the vet was fantastic with my dog as he always is! Turned out to be something not at serious as we thought and my dog is now fully recovered and jumping around as usual. Thankyou all so much! Would highly recommend this practise to anyone!”

“We recently had to put down our wonderful Miniature Schnauzer, Rupert. Nicole (vet) was so lovely, patient and compassionate given that we were extremely upset. She gave us the time we needed and was so caring towards him and explained everything clearly to us. She has also been dealing with our other senior dog in the same caring way. I would also like to mention the staff on the desk - Suze and Lauren (others too but I'm not sure of names) who are a pleasure to deal with and were very sympathetic toward us after losing a big part of the family.”

“The vet I saw was very gentle with cora she had nails cut as well as yearly check up booster I do see different vets at Culcheth and most time they are gently with my timid cat Cora thank you”

“The FOH Magda and Jack are amazing and super helpful whenever I need anything. Night FOH need improvement as we’ve only had agency staff recently which impacts service charges and when our actual FOH is here, they aren’t at the front desk. Other than that and a couple of service charge issues, I’ve no complaints! Super nice building to live in with really nice sociable people. Again, Paulina, Donna and day FOH team are amazing and super friendly. They even put on events for us residents here every now and then.”
