“I was dubious about the treatment and wanted to wait a few weeks before I did a review. Firstly Keran, the nurse who did my treatment was amazing! Put me at ease straight away and was really easy to talk to! The treatment itself was a little more painful than I expected, but bearable. After 2 weeks I was noticing a difference in my symptoms and they are continuing to improve! I will definitely have another treatment if/when needed. I would recommend to anyone struggling with their vaginal health! 10/10”

“Nearly didn't book here due to some bad reviews. Glad I did because the place is fine. It does look a bit tatty on the outside but it is OK inside. Although it is on a main road into Manchester we were surprised at how little traffic there was overnight. Our room was overlooking the road and we had no problem with traffic noise. It had acoustic double glazing that was very effective. There is no air con but a fan is provided which helps. We were there on one of the hottest days/nights and found it tolerable. The meal deal was good. You eat in the pub which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't have any real ale but the Draught Guinness was good. There was a selection of lager and cider. So don't be put off, if it is convenient for you go for it.”

“Excellent service. Easy to book and pay and arrived earlier than stated. Driver was very kind and considerate with Mum who was in a wheelchair, made sure she was safely in and very patient.”

“This is by far the most stress free way to park your vehicle at the airport. Easy to follow signage, quick and secure. Simply pull into the car park, follow the parking marshals signals. Stop in a bay, deposit your keys using a QR code sent to you and walk straight into the airport terminal. Even once we returned the whole system went like clock work and we were off on our way in under 15 minuets. Brilliant.”

“My dental crown fell out last night. I immediately booked an emergency appointment for the next day. Both the lady dentist and the dental nurse were so lovely. My crown was cemented back in and I am very happy with my treatment. I can now smile again! Highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a 24 hour emergency appointment. “Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”

“We had to take our cat for an emergency appointment and this place was suggested on our vet's website, since this place was open after hours, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We rang up and got told to come here as soon as we could, no appointment needed. The facilities were good. A really great idea in dividing the waiting areas for dogs and cats, so less disruption. The cat waiting area even offered blankets to cover baskets if we had a nervous cat, lovely touch. Unfortunately we had to have our cat put to sleep, but the vet that we had informed us of our options, respectful to us and our cat, and the process. He really helped us through it all and what to do next. The reception staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful.”
