She has been reviewed by physio, optometrist, audiologist, genetic consultant, speech and language and child development consultant Dr Anjum. We would be lost without their support and are grateful for their input for our daughter.”

“I have just returned from a visit to the walk in centre where my daughter needed treatment for two ear piercings that had become very infected. The two nurses ( I think) who treated her were incredible and were able to remove both piercings. My daughter was clearly in a lot of pain and very distressed but they just kept her calm and worked wonders! I cannot thank them enough - you were fab! Thank you!”

“I had a great experience at the Manchester Consulate. The staff, including the manager, were very friendly and helpful. They were neither bossy nor rude and efficiently handled four NICOP applications within an hour. There is plenty of parking available on Conyngham Road, with three hours free, as well as a few spaces near the consulate on Dickenson Road (though I’m not sure about the parking timings there). At the time of writing this review, next-day bookings at the Manchester Consulate are offered at 7:00 PM every evening, Sunday through Thursday. I found plenty of available slots when I made my booking. There weren’t many people at the consulate on our appointment day, possibly because it was a Friday. I did notice a couple of people without appointments being served, but you need to have a thick skin in those situations, as the staff can be quite strict or blunt. Overall, I found the entire team pleasant and willing to help.”

“We have been here twice. The first time was last year and there was quite a long wait time, but the staff were great. When we went this time, the wait time was much less and the staff were outstanding, you can tell that they care about their patients and are very patient and understanding. I can’t thank the Dr enough as she did everything to make sure that my Daughter was well and went above and beyond to treat her after she was poorly. We were there for a number of hours, but we were made comfortable and this made it easier. What an amazing job they do there.”

I needed to return the evening after with a big blood clot and again the same dentist is outstanding. I would recommend this place for emergency triage. The second time i chose and paid for because of how great my first experience was Everybody you meet here whether at the front desk or right up to Dr Bhatti is lovely. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. “We had our 2 year olds birthday party here and it was excellent! The place is so clean and tidy, and the staff go around tidying as you play. The staff are also so helpful and will go out of their way to help, for example I forgot a candle for the cake and they managed to go and find it. They also managed to find some parry bags to put the slices of cake in as I hadn't thought of. We had an excellent time and 100% recommend. Our friends at the party were also commenting how lovely the place was. Thank you for a lovey day :)”

“My twins have loved their time at Mini Miners nursery. It didn't take them long to settle in as all the staff are lovely. The staff are great with communication, keeping parents updated in the WhatsApp group, sharing pictures of the multiple activities which the children have been up to. I'll be sad to see my twins leave this week and I'm sure my twins will miss it too, as they've always looked forward to attending each day and always come home telling me all the lovely things they've been up to with their friends. “An amazing team of dedicated childminders. Jade, Gem, and Janet are an absolute joy to be around and work with and they really know how to connect with children and make them feel comfortable. Our little one loves them and loves going to the nursery, and there are always fun new activities to do and learn from. Lots of new friends have been made and it has become like a second home. We are kept updated throughout the day with a daily diary and photos on our own personal group chat. We would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking for dedicated childminders.
