“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. We will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or boots as this experience was well worth the trip in to Manchester. Please keep up your good work and your exceptional service.”

A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. “Thank goodness for local specialist shops!! Popped into Meeks a few months ago for school shoes for my impossible-to-buy-for daughter. The staff were amazing with her, put her at ease and really took time to fit her perfectly. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturing fault we had to return the shoes for a replacement. The manufacturer have been terrible (avoid Lelli Kelly at all costs!!) but Meeks sorted it out with no problems, they even remembered my daughter and found a suitable pair of shoes without having to try on the whole shop!!! “I Visited Oldham store few times and each time i was assisted by Darren Murray. He has excellent customer service, so attentive. He listens to customer request and goes the extra bit to help and support my request. He found what I was looking for by looking online on shoeszone website and then tracked shoes in back stock room where as others would simply say sorry not in store/stock. He has a caring attitude with " I'm happy to help"outlook and nothing is too much for him. Each time i go to store i look for him and if I can't see him I feel disappointed as often walk away with the aim to try some other day. I'm happy to travel from Ashton to Oldham even though Ashton does have store all because Darren Murray provides such a nice service..he's great asset to company.
