Mark was great and I would definitely and highly recommend New Addition to anyone looking to get there wardrobe fitted. It's extremely cheap and they are easy to reach. And if I need anything done in the house I will definitely get it done from them. They come on time and leave on time. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends”

“We always get a warm welcome: human and whippets. Cash is still appreciated here and cards of course. It's an Aladdin's Cave of products; a visit is essential to appreciate the vast array of items. Plus a biscuit treat for canine customers.”

“Bonnie stayed with Gemma for daycare for 6 months and occasional overnight boarding. I couldn't have asked for better care. Bonnie was treated to long walks and lots of cuddles. Gemma sends lots of photos to keep me updated. I felt Bonnie was more spoilt with Gemma than at home!!”

“If your thinking about staying then I recommend to book book book.. my only fault is that I had to share a bathroom with others, but also for saying it is a busy bar on canal street it was quiet. “Can't fault it for what you pay. We paid £66 per double room and booked 2. My wife, children and I had an overnight stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff where lovely, restaurant area was really nice, building itself from the outside is nice. Yes some bits are maybe a bit dated but what are you expecting for £66 a room.”

“My husband and I have just spent 7 lovely nights here. It was easy to book with Matthews help and to check in with Colins help. The building and grounds are spotless with ongoing touches to the interior and exterior eg planting by gardeners etc and recent paint job. The bed, bedclothes , towels, shower, loo, even loo rolls n washing up liquid, tv, microwave n kettle, bedside light etc were all pretty good and most importantly the fire doors and signage made us feel safe.”

“By far the best place I’ve stayed in. Spotless and not your big standard room, decor is nice and bright. We felt secure and wasn’t kept up by thin walls and night owls. Fantastic selection of drinks in the residents bar. Breakfast by Paul set me up for the day. Would recommend this place to anyone.”

“My Partner and I purchased a Sofa today and the customer service we received was excellent. The advisor "Ben" was friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. He offered us both a brew and let my partner sit down and just chill, when he felt a bit dizzy. He also turned the heating down and opened the doors to help my partner cool down. He was very empathetic and nice to talk to. He was very personable and likeable. We love the sofa we purchased and are looking forward to receiving the delivery of it.
