Ann has consistently been extremely helpful and responsive, making the booking process straightforward and stress-free. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this guest house apart. The guest house is in a central position in Mobberley village, making it incredibly convenient. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the Coop mini market, the local pharmacy, and a bus station with routes to Knutsford, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Altrincham. Additionally, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk to the local pubs, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The rooms and premises are always spotless, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast service is a highlight—the food is cooked to perfection, and the service is attentive and friendly. We’re so fortunate to have such a reliable and high-quality accommodation nearby. “We got married at Rylands Farmhouse in May and we couldn’t recommend it enough. From our first viewing of the venue to the morning after our wedding the service provided was second to none. The staff went above and beyond for us at every opportunity and nothing was too much to ask. Our wedding guests were blown away with the venue and the staff. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the breakfast the next day was delicious. Luis was with us from the beginning and throughout our whole wedding day and he was absolutely amazing! He made sure that everything was perfect for us and we can’t thank him enough! We can’t wait to revisit for every anniversary in future! Thank you Rylands x”

“Attended birthday party in the Gold Suite and stayed overnight. Food was amazing at the party and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good value and again the staff were great. Lovely rooms, if a little dated. Overall a lovely stay.”

“Wow what can i say we had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it really was the perfect venue. Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. “I recently called at Next (Handforth Dean) to collect an order. The Next lady hunted everywhere for it but couldn’t find it , she suggested we went off for a coffee at the in-store Costa for a few minutes whilst she carried on searching for it. Within 5 minutes she’d come and found us in the cafe and given me the parcel. Amazing service , thank you !”

“This was a great place to stay! I was a bit cautious due to some of the reviews, but it was perfect for a night stay before the airport. The receptionist was shy and not talkative but still smiling and checked us in efficiently. Our room was easy to get to, clean, and had some tea and coffee which was lovely. The shared bathroom was also very clean and not often used, so it was great to get a cheap room for value. I would recommend staying here.”

“Not had one problem with this property it saved my life and il be forever grant full.. Michael made me feel so homely and safe the property in itself was warm and homely I’m so glad I got somewhere like this I can’t fault it iv been in shitholes before and whatever people say about here iv been in worse! I honestly liked here and liked the staff so polite! And I would definitely come again aslong as our micheal lets me! Il never forget you and your help and for having me! “What a fantastic product. We purchased a Leicht kitchen from Markham Webber after visiting their showroom. The quality of the product is of the best quality & surprisingly competitive compared to high street retailers. A special mention goes to Neil who provided a great service in terms of knowledge & design suggestions not rushing us in any way. Delivery was surprisingly quick, & whilst a couple of components were damaged in transit this was sorted quickly. Worth a look if you are looking for a bespoke quality product & design.”
