“Fantastic Sales staff and fabulous delivery service. The staff at Robin Hood Beds take pride in their business and are very knowledgeable about the mattresses they sell. They encourage you to lie on the different mattresses for your liking and preference and will recommend the various types to suit your needs. The delivery was within 8 days of ordering my mattress and the men were quick, pleasant and efficient. They took their shoes off and removed the packaging from the mattress and took my old mattress and the packaging away with them. I have given my mattress a couple of days to 'breathe' before I slept in it, as it does have a smell but I cannot wait to sleep on it tonight!”

“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“We had a lovely welcome, chocolates on the bed, bottles of water and tea & coffee and biscuits along with a kettle in the room, which was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely be back.”

“Recently had a Titan 2 Bed frame delivered by TVBedStore, Mark and his colleague dropped off the bed and took it up the stairs. They worked extremely hard to get it up but unfortunately new builds don’t allow enough room to get the frame up! With a bit of patience and persistent from the pair, they managed to get the frame up the stairs and into our Bedroom. Mark set the Bed frame up and put our televisions in it. The service Mark has provided along the way has been nothing shy of spectacular. Not only would I recommend the prices advertised by this company, but also the service provided is phenomenal. Can’t recommend this company enough, they will do everything within their power to get your bed into the correct position. (Just make sure you measure the route to the room to make sure it goes, some of these beds are gigantic).”

“Really nice hotel - well kept - lots of fun football details everywhere. Location is brilliant if you are a Manchester United fan. On Match Day it is quiet expensive but if you come on other days, you are able to find reasonable prices. We will come again!”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “10 min walk to Trafford Centre. 5 min walk to pub next door. Not a scenic part of the world. Views are A-roads or vacant plots. Clean, large rooms. Modern feel. Ensuite with soap/shampoo. Breakfast was part of the deal and this was selection of help yourself hot and cold items. There is a bar in the hotel. The hotel does serve food until 9.30pm and pizzas are 24hrs room service. Car park gets busy - £5 for one night. Arrive early to get a space.”

“It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”
