“Almost walked past the place and thankfully we didn't. Welcomed in and the staff who took order was very chilled and polite. Food was a very good portion and the nan bread was fresh the salad and sauce that also came was very tasty and really made the meal! The chicken was of high quality very soft and juicy deffo going back again. This is real food. Worth every penny.”

“This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.”

“GREAT service from Leandro and delicious food. The cocktail menu is small but they are accommodating if you want to go off menu! The food exceeded all expectation, we had the calamari to share followed by chicken schnitzel. My only complaint was the waitress didn’t bring side plates or cutlery with the starter. Plenty warm enough sat outside and they even offered us blankets! I highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!”

“My experience at benugo John Lewis was exceptional the service was great a team member kindly carries my tray over to me as they could see I was struggling made me feel extremely welcomed, I bought a mozzarella forcia it was extremely fresh and tasted delicious . “First time here and it didnt disappoint! Great service and great food! Steak was cooked to perfection, corn ribs were yummy and the half rack of ribs were super tasty! Had a chocolate milkshake for dessert too! Overall good value for money! Car park gets a bit hectic at busy times but still seemed to be spaces available.”
