Very reassuring to this very slightly stressed 70+ year old. Explained everything without talking down to me. I came away with antibiotics and minus a wisdom tooth. “I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. Particularly Katie Frost in Reception, Marius, Oliver and Babatunde for their kindness and respect shown to my Brother - who had a nasty fall due to his Parkinson's - through to Dr Alasdair Marshall who again was so professional and personable. We arrived by Ambulance at 2pm and it felt like checking into a Hotel - even waiting until 10pm for the Doctor to be able to see Chris we never felt neglected or dismissed. “Brilliant service from a great team of lads I phoned up and ordered a new tyre they called me back to say it's in store and to call off when it is best for me . I went for a budget tyre as it's my work van the price was very competitive and we'll it's a tyre ... but the service was excellent I was made to feel welcome and I was offered refreshments as I waited. The process took less then 20 minutes from me parking up to leaving 10/10 thanks .”

“I just want to say thank you to the vets for taking care of my buddy Ozzy on his last night on this cosmic rock. I live up in Newcastle so sadly I was not down here when my parents took him in. However I came to collect his ashes today and it made me happy to see how much the staff cared about everyone’s pals who get brought in and the love they have for pets even if it was a short interaction, I am glad he was in loving hands at the end.
