“Stayed here when I went to a concert in Manchester. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Levon made me feel welcome. He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. Even though I had a few special requests, he was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable he was throughout my stay. Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the guest experience. My stay felt smooth and stress-free. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’ll definitely return — partly because of the great service I received at the front desk.”

Didn’t even spend that much time in the hotel but it had a decent bar, breakfast and pool table downstairs. Excellent location right next to the station and trendy locations in Manchester. Plan on staying in this hotel every time I visit if I can”

“BOSS MAN-G This shop is one of the few shops left that sells really rare and obscure fruit and veg like pomegranates. They also have some of the best wholesale selection of nuts and spices. I am one of the only non-Pakistani I know who shops there, other than some Bengali's and a ginger guy called Eddie, but am always made to feel welcome. “If I were to describe Manjaros in a nutshell, I'd say it was Nandos with a twist. There are a few different options from the traditional grilled chicken which are worth trying. The prices are steep, but the portions are very large and you need to have a very large appetite to finish your plate completely! You also get enough seating for large groups as well as proper table service with waiters and everything - something which really sets the experience apart. Look out for the excellent discounts that may pop up from time to time, making this place incredibly good value. If you enjoy this sort of cuisine, I suggest you give it a shot. It's well worth it. Oh, and it can get quite busy so to avoid disappointment make sure you call up and reserve a table before visiting.”

“Great service, very friendly. Lovely range of food for all dietary requirements, plus some really healthy options. I had the Shitake Mushroom Ramen which Mohammed made and it was DELICIOUS! Also had the Kombucha to drink which was really nice. I will go again next time I'm in the area.”

“I didn’t have high hopes for this place after reading some of the reviews posted here. However, we booked it as part of a ‘Date Night’ package with the Macdonald Hotel and I have to say I was actually very impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the burger. My fish and chips was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant - perfectly cooked fish with the chunkiest chips I’ve ever seen! It came with a generous dollop of tartare sauce which was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger also looked yummy - a proper thick juicy burger, well garnished and with a decent portion of fries. The waiting staff who served us were very polite and efficient too. I don’t think there’s anything I could find fault with. If I had to be picky about anything I’d say the air conditioning was possibly a bit on the chilly side but it didn’t make our evening any less enjoyable.”

“Without a shadow of a doubt, the best restaurant I have ever been to. Visited on a whim last night, booked an hour before they opened and were made to feel welcome immediately. A lovely little place with absolutely fantastic food. I'm not usually the adventurous type when it comes to food, but there wasn't a single thing I didn't finish. I honestly considered licking the plates! Each dish was a masterpiece, and if perfection is lots of little things done right then they nailed it. I cannot recommend the place highly enough, please go and show this little business some support, they truly deserve it.”

“Highly recommended for dog walking and pet sitting. Just moved few months ago, and we´ve been so lucky to came across with Fraser. He is taking care of our two dogs daily for a walk and home sitting them some nights every month. Both of the dogs are rescued and it is not easy to get close to them or gain their confidence and every time they see Fraser they are happy and go to kiss him. He is got a natural affinity with dogs. He is organised and friendly and keeps communication regular which made our first days leaving them easier for us. One of the times I was away and he was pet sitting them they went stomach sick and he looked after them while keeping me updated with everything. So always know they are in safe hands with Fraser. We get peace of mind leaving our dogs with him as we know that he really cares about them.”

“Sushi was freshly prepared and perfectly balanced, not dry at all. My only comment would be that the wasabi could be a bit spicier, but I get that this could be to accommodate a Western palate, so fair enough. The service was friendly and the atmosphere of this section of the Arndale I always enjoy as there are many characters and cultures stopping here stopping for a bite. Highly Recommended.”

“Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so I could try everything on the menu all in one night........oh and the food is probably half eaten in the pics because it just had to be dived into and eaten. “Really nice vegan restaurant. Service was good. Had to flag down waiter to get more drinks and food was a little slow in coming out but possibly that is because we were a larger party (8). The food did come out all tigether so happy with it. Portion sizes were decent for the price. They look small but are incredibly filling. I had the Mezze and Qurma (you do need to order rice as a side). It was very filling. The place is small but I think makes for an excellent atmosphere.”

“Despite being really busy our sever took time to chat and recommend dishes. We had Tarragon Chicken and Lemon and chilli chicken with spicy rice. Dishes were full of flavour. We would eat there again.”
