“After having an awful on line experience with KOI where double the amount of money was taken from my bank account with only half the ordered items delivered with initially NIL response to my on line customer concerns and enquiries, I vowed I would Never shop on line at this company again… I opted NOT to return the goods that did arrive and were not the right fit via the on line procedure. I decided instead to return the items In Person In the Trafford Centre Store. I wasn’t sure if I would ever shop with KOI again after such a bad experience..Too much stress..unprofessional conduct. Terrible communication; unanswered messages. And then I met Kianna instore… A Positive, Kind, Lovely, Smiling, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Professional Ray of sunshine who managed my return so efficiently with no hassle. She clearly demonstrated the insight and experience required to cater to my needs. I ended up re ordering the boots that never arrived. “i am very grate full for every thing the staff did for me they helped me in a part of my life when not even my family would. i love my Nan she is a very important but she is on the edge and is very sick she has worked for all her life and is very comfortable with all the money she has she could easily buy what ever she wants e.g. a lambo but the thing is she doesn't need it and i do so i hatched a plan to earn the money that i need. i took her to this store and had a plan i wont go into specifics but it involved a tramplalen and some jelly it didn't go to plan when i was inside the store i convinced one of the employees to help me so after a wile of look around we leave and i get ready for the new plan as we leave the store i pretend to for get something in inside and leave her in the middle of the road then BANG she gets punted four feet and dies i scream in joy. after the funeral i get a couple milli and frames the employee he gets nothing and im rich”

“My recent trip to Moss Bros, I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Kiyan. We went in looking to get a custom 2 piece suit and the service provided by Kiyan was by far the most extensive and professional I’ve ever had in my life. He took time to explain everything and he also made sure all the fine details of the suit were correct. I still am yet to receive my suit but if the suit is even half as good as Kiyan was then I’m sure it will be amazing. Work like this should not go unnoticed by the company and it really does make all the difference when choosing where to spend your money. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase.”
