At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase instead, he was genuinely focused on helping me explore options and find my dream watch. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.”

I went in, told her my budget and what I wanted and several pieces were brought out to my specs. I'm a wheelchair user and the shop is very accessible. There is a gentle ramp into the shop, and the door was opened by the person who served me. I sat in my wheelchair to look at the options. There was no pressure to buy but I did find the perfect pendant for my friend's birthday, and it was beautifully gift-wrapped for no extra charge.
