Would highly recommend to others, and will definitely come back to try the savoury food as well as the desserts.”

“I’m vegan and am delighted to have this jewel on my doorstep. I’ve been three times so far, and was going to bring a large party today but, unfortunately we have been foiled by illness. The food is exceptional, the service so attentive and lovely and they have done their very best with the venue to make it relaxing and pleasant. I hope to eat there many more times and introduce it to more friends. Those I have taken have been overwhelmed with the extensive menu, and delighted with their choices.”

The burger had great flavour, the toppings were spot on and the chips were still crisp when they arrived. Delivery was on time and the order was exactly right. “Rice and Three Curries £8! I have been to quite a few Rice & 3 spots around Manchester and this takes the number 1 spot. Firstly it gets 5 / 5 on the food hygiene rating and has been around for 30 years. Really convenient location for Northern Quarter and Picadilly area and although there are only four tables in the restaurant when we went at lunchtime there was one available and most people take the food away with them. Really generous portion size and everything is made fresh order, so although it does take a little bit longer to serve the food, you know everything is cooked fresh”

“Returned today to buy a marbled topped side table, the young man who served us had been extremely helpful. We bought a console a couple of weeks before and wanted a side table to match. He phoned around branches to locate one and also ordered another one from the warehouse so we could choose, as the marble tops were quite different. The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end. “Really fantastic food. The chicken pasanda was especially good and we all enjoyed the peshwari naan. Only complaint is the guy at the til being weird about paying with a Scottish £20 note. He did eventually accept it.”

“The chips here are the frozen type in the fryer but they are my favourite type so this place is already a win there. Sometimes they cook the chips until crispy and golden and oh lord they are heavenly. The salt and pepper chips from here when they're golden and crispy are incredible. I've recommended this place to a bunch of people. My only issue is the free food item when you spend X amount. They should really ask which free food item customers would like then you don't end up binning something you don't like. We don't like spring rolls but we do like fortune cookies or prawn crackers. We always bin the spring rolls.”
