On the lighter side: someone needs to tell him the loose end of the toilet roll goes over and away from the wall and not under. That's so wrong! “Went in with my niece today around 11 ish and there was a lovely lady who worked there who approached me when we was paying and asked if my niece could have chocolate and said she could chose some chocolate, told her she could have it and told me not to put it through the till.
