Today I went in after a bad day of my phone breaking and no one being able to fix it. I was helped to the fullest to get a phone in my budget, I did have to go back with it (personal problem) and was helped by a very kind, understanding and helpful worker I want to say his name was jerry I'm so bad with names. He spent quite a while helping me find a suited phone and sort out the other phone so I can get it swapped over. A can not thank you enough all of you for just giving me a little light on my bad day. Highly recommend this shops, always full of interesting things and for sure one of the best second hand shops I have been in!!”

“Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”
