“Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”

“Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”

“I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. I will definitely be back for more stuff soon This company is full of nice people. Thanks again. Eric Unsworth.”

“Popped in to the local Lidl which because of Tesco, asda and Aldi being closer, just never got round to going to Lidl. It's on Broadway next to McDonald's and there's plenty of parking and is easy to get to. Entering the store, there are donuts and croissants displayed on the right with fruits on the left. I found the store very spacious and not busy so managed to wander around freely. The place is very clean and all the staff were friendly and always smiling. Prices are reasonable but not many offers like you would get in Tesco or Asda. The place I would say is close to the design of Aldi. They also have little cute trolleys for the children which I think is a nice touch. Didn't see any bathroom inside but there's McDonald's across the road so can always use bathrooms there if needed. Will make an effort to come here more often.”

“A very good "everything shop" I went there to get string, a notepad, pens, zip ties, rolling papers, electrical tape, super glue and, hand soap, face masks and a few cans of Coca cola. Good prices and good stock and good friendly workers. Go there.”

“A bright clean and tidy store, all the Staff are so helpful, polite and curious proffessional and care for each customer. Unlike other stores they treat each person separately and while you are packing they say take your time. I saw a lovely lady on july 2nd on self scan. I was going to buy an Oral B toothbrush priced at £100.00 but with your nectar card it was only £45.00. This I was shocked at, I also bought other goods which I needed and saved a fortune. I would definitely recommend this store and recommend people get a nectar Card. Thank You To all at Sainsburys Trinity Retail Park in my eyes you all deserve good recognition for what you have done. You all brought a good big smile to my face.”
