“We can never ever fault this restaurant. Local to us but worth a drive if you live outside Heaton Moor. So glad they are back open after a holiday closure. Just wished they did orders to be delivered although it's no effort to go to the restaurant and see the lovely staff. The food is fabulous and when family come over from Ireland they ask if we can book a table. Book now you won't be disappointed.”

“Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

“I love coming here for a breather by myself or with my little boy. He absolutely loves it, Lindsay is a gem and her food is delicious. The freshly made milkshakes go down a treat with my boy, the tea is spot on and the hot food is always tasty. There are lots of walks in the area so it's a great place to start or finish at.”

“Excellent micro tap bar inside the indoor market hall. Lovely bar spread across 3 market units of space inside Tommyfield indoor market hall, very cosy and comfy little bar. Good choices of alcohol/ale's, Drink prices are really good value and not expensive at all! Friendly bar staff and lovely customers who seem to very chatty and welcoming. You can easily strike up good conversation in this bar and make new friends. This place is very much welcomed in the indoor market hall bringing new customers and faces to a part of the market hall that was a bit empty, Please support this little bar and visit Cob and Coal.”

We love their food so much that we opted for their catering service for our daughter’s baptism event. Everyone loved the food and it was a pure delight. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Indian tea specially their chicken Hyderabadi and Samosa which are almost like Delhi style.”

“The perfect match was a new place, recommended by our friends and it was a very pleasant surprise! The food was top notch, the wine pairings complimented the dishes impeccably, the service was perfect and the overall experience certainly worth the price. We chose the a la carte menu but we will be going back for the taster menu very soon. 2 starters, 2 mains with 2 side dishes, along with 2 desserts with their desert wine pairings went for around £70 pp which for the experience and quality was beyond worth it.”

“I was referred to Dr Waith at DCO to remove two troublesome wisdom teeth, one was particularly challenging. After an initial consultation & scans various options were discussed and ultimately decision was taken to remove them in two separate visits. Whilst its not top of my bucket list of things to do in life everything went very smoothly and I was back up and running after both procedures very quickly and delighted with the outcome. Thanks to all at DCO Dental.”

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left 3 days later the staff and owners were nothing less than perfect hosts. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the food was simply incredible, the venue is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so peaceful and chilled. Our room was stylish, beautifully furnished and comfortable. “We asked Emma at the Builders if we could organise a small party in the Pub for friends. She was very accommodating and organised sandwich platters for the guests. Its a great location for meeting with friends. The quality of the sandwiches was excellent with many comments for others on these. The drink range is really good and very affordable compared to other places in Knutsford. As the weather was nice we also got to enjoy the outside garden and heated terrace area.
