We experienced fast, efficient service despite the crowds, which is a testament to the staff and management. Most importantly, the food is, as always, amazing and consistently tasty. They deliver on their promise of fresh, delicious Asian-inspired food every time. If you need a reliable, quick, and satisfying meal while shopping, this is definitely the place to go. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Anamika, who served us with kindness and warmth. We tried the Legit Burger, which was delicious, along with the flavorful basmati rice, mac and cheese, and a variety of vegetables. Everything was well-prepared and satisfying. Despite visiting on a Thursday evening, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, and we didn’t have to wait for a table. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food and attentive service. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “I made an order today after very very long time I never use this chippy in the past used once and wasn't happy at that time because maybe management is different. But I orderd today my food was piping hot the way I wanted it, and the the gravy and chips was also hot, and the delivery came so quickly I eaten every bit of my food and usually that doesn't happen, I felt so satisfied honestly in a long time I have had the best fish chips and gravy nicely packaged no leaks just hot food. Only things I'd say you can change is make the gravy a Bron colour and add vegetable cube to it will make huge difference even better Tha k you for quick service and lady was so polight on the phone Thank you”

“Best local Chinese food place in Stretford with lovely owners who are really nice and sometimes throw in some extras. A little pricier than some other similar places, but in all honesty it's really worth it - there is a Chippy that is closer to me and cheaper, but it just doesn't quite feel the same after going to Four Seasons. The Salt & Pepper Chips are a personal favourite and the Chicken Satay sticks, Roast Duck and Sweet & Sour Chicken are a commonplace in my house hold, along with their noodles and fried rice. Definitely recommend, whether in person or for delivery, whether you're with people that are a big fan of Chinese food or aren't as familiar.”

“Came in yesterday at around 7 to grab some food and a quick drink with a friend, Keira on the bar was lovely, very friendly, chatty & pours a lovely pint! Despite having a queue at the bar she still managed to keep a smile on her face and give every guest the best & quickest service possible. She even told us about a great deal on the restaurants app for two for one on the cakes, which we used to get desserts for when we was finished! The food was amazing, we had a farm giant burger and a mixed grill. Wonderfully cooked and presented! Will definitely be returning here!”

“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“We needed a new kitchen as ours had been in since 1995 We saw Wren had offers on so made an appointment to get started. We had a few appointments to select the kitchen that we wanted also for the measuring up. We chose a lovely cashmere colour for the units which we are really pleased with. The fitter came and gave us an estate as to how much it would cost to fit it all again we were pleased with the estimate. The work took longer than expected due to 2 items which were damaged and we had to wait a week for replacements The replacements arrived on time but had to wait for the fitter to come back as he was doing another job. He did what he could but then he didn't have enough up stand so again we had to order some and that was another week. We are very pleased with the kitchen and all 6 new appliances and the flooring We would recommend Wren”
