We lost our dog in December she had been going to the Doggie house for 8years or so, our new girl wolfie is now going and I know when I leave her she is haveing a great play time. I would definitely recommend the Doggie house.”

“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

“I am truly impressed by the great customer service! The email responses take a very little time to arrive, and are very supportive. Paul was outstanding in helping out to sort the postage issues. The refund for some items has been processed quickly and I have been well informed of what is happening at every stage - from pre-ordering until closing down the refunds. “Booked a slot this morning at Peloton in John Lewis Cheadle with Hannah to learn about the Peloton bike in more detail. Hannah was fantastic at explaining the bike and app and spending over an hour answering my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase and left the store to think about it. I ended up walking back in half and hour later to order my bike. Exceptional customer service and support!”

“I've been taking my 4 year old grandson Jensen to Liam's LITTLE TIGERS Classes on a Saturday Morning at 9am for the past month, what a joy it is to see him taking part in all the Fun that Liam adds to his classes, he's fantastic with all the kids, helping them to follow his instruction while gently getting them to listen and learn his basic lessons. I know Jensen looks forward to it every saturday.”

“Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”

“I signed up to the 4 week beginners course with Jane and have completed week 2 this week, as a intro to Yoga this is perfect, explanations of the practice, breathwork and benefits are covered in detail and Jane adapts movements if needed. I felt a difference in my body and mind after the first session and cant wait to continue my yoga journey xx”

“Fantastically friendly and knowledgeable staff, went in today for some new running trainers as mine were old and giving me issues, explained this to the gent who served me, and after assessing my feet and gait he was able to explain exactly what was causing my issues and offer me trainers that matched my needs. I feel very very chuffed with the service i received and the pricing matches that of many other retailers so well worth a visit! 11/10 would recommend!”

Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. Will definitely recommend and will revisit for stringing service.”

“Good deal on Group-on at time of writing. This place is great, clean, well priced with loads to do. There's a play frame, climbing walls, leap of faith, death drop, high climb and a caving section too (some are extra on admission). The cafe is well priced, with a good selection. We only did the play frame today but will most definitely be back to try the rest out.”

“Beautiful modern store! The layout is great with plenty of space to move around. The store is really big and is set across 5 floors with Game on the top floor. There is also Belong gaming arena for esports and video games. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend visiting”
