“My husband and I shopped at The Baby Store for our specials one’s travel system after some online research about the products available. We would shop again ans recommend other new parents shop there not only for the product range available but specifically for the customer service, care and attention that we received from our initial speculative visit, to subsequent visits to make our decision and there after our delivery and support experience. We were initially greeted by the knowledgable Nikita who got to know us as a couple and our needs/preferences. She asked lots of targeted questions to help filter down her recommendations and give us top tips on what products would best meet our lifestyle needs. Highlighting features that would benefit us and our little one. We were then able to streamline our decisions (which can be overwhelming!) and choose a system that best suited us and our budget. Nikita wasn’t pushy or sales driven at all, it’s all about selecting the best products for our little one in an informative but still exciting way. Our little girl was born 06/09 and after a long stay in hospital, we were ready to head home and had a brain freeze on how to work one element of the car seat. We called TBS, and it was Nikita who was available to help and remind us of how to safely get baby home. Thank you TBS and Nikita for supporting us get ready for our little girl.”

“I don't know why, but I've always thought this place would be a bit of a dive and so in the 30 years I've lived here, I've never been in. I'm sorry! However, as Stacked are now cooking here, we gave it a go. The bar staff were lovely and drinks were a lot cheaper than I've paid at other places which was a bonus. The guy on the bar also came over to make sure we understood the ordering process for Stacked which was good of him. Stacked was, as always, delicious and I'll review them separately. The only thing I will say, is that if you think Stacked is good when it's delivered, get down to the Prince of Orange and try it fresh!”

I found this garage and the gentleman was extremely helpful and topped up the tyres for me without problem which helped me reach my destination about 250miles away. “We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.”
