The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. I can be quite nervous when getting dental treatment, Julian talked me through everything, answered any questions I had and explained what was happening throughout. “Had root canal treatment from Mr Charlesworth. Everyone at the practice was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can't fault the treatment at all. Mr Charlesworth was very reassuring, before he started he advised me they could adjust how they worked or stop if I had problems. Which made me feel a bit more in control and therefore more relaxed. Once I'd had the injections I found the procedure absolutely fine. Receptionists and the rest of the team all very helpful. Great practice, would recommend.”
