“I visited the store in November for my daughter birthday straight away on arrival at the store I was treated and the assistant guided me through all the bracelets that I wanted to look at was very polite & friendly staff and they helped me choose the perfect bracelet and two charms what I showed them that my daughter wanted I couldn't thank them enough for all there help ☺️”

“The lady was so helpful, I couldn't decide which ring to go for, she suggested one looked more elegant than the other and it turned out to be the cheaper of the 2, very genuine, customer service excellent, I went back the next day as the ring was too big (my hands were very warm in the shop) and she exchanged it fir a smaller size. “Highly recommended. Have a gold twisted rope necklace which has 2 strings of white gold balls wrapping around it. One of these strings had come adrift, not for the first time. Went to 2 high street jewellers on the rock who said could not be repaired despite one of them having repaired it previously. Found this place on the Wed, said no problem and had it repaired by Friday. Not only that the cost was a third of what the high street jeweller had previously charged me”

“What a lovely friendly shop. We popped in this morning needing a suit for a best friends wedding a week.away. We were feeling under pressure with one week to go, nothing sorted and no idea where to start choosing something suitable for the big occasion and comfortable to wear in the current hot weather. To say they made it easy is an understatement! To sum up - grear advice, friendly service, knowledgeable, excellent attention to detail and a superb selection of quality clothing. “Went in too see if they could reset the correct date and time, had been abroad and pressed too many buttons, and hadn’t a clue how to reset the correct time.They managed to resolve in house and very kindly never charged for the service. “After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers.
