From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

“Noel has been walking our 2 dogs for over a year now and they absolutely adore him. They sit on the window sill every morning waiting for him and jump for joy when he arrives! They have a great time on their daily walks with Noel and Holly and always come back happy. We have found Noel to be very trustworthy, friendly and reliable and would not hesitate in recommending him as a dog walker. We feel Noel really cares about our dogs and that they are in good hands with him.”

“What a fabulous artist! I took my 82 year old friend for her very first tattoo. She was doing this to raise money for the Royal British Legion Women's Section. Colin decided not to charge her, draw up a tattoo based on her design, constantly put her mind at ease an reassured her, discussing anything to take her mind off the possible pain. My friend said it did not hurt at all. I can't recommend Colin's work enough. A total professional, a fabulous artist and a kind and generous man. He is a credit to his profession and to humanity in general. I am planning on going back and driving more than 1 hour to visit his home and studio.”

“We have done two rooms now at the escape rooms and both were amazing. I honestly never thought of doing an escape rooms I'm quite an introvert but it's one of the best things I've done. We literally had the best time! If you're umming and ahhing let this be your sign to book it!”

The day was really engaging and interesting - the recipes were great, the pace was just right and we were given so much useful information as well as little tips and tricks. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, the facilities were lovely and the course was expertly delivered. I would definitely recommend and I'm already looking at what courses I can do next!”

“Ive been going to this gym for over a year now. I first started when i was 6 months postpartum and from my first session to my last, i have loved every single one. I first started having one to one training with kate who helped me rebuild muscle and recover from having an emergency csection. Not only did kate help me with physical training but she also helped me with my diet and helped me make life long changes that will help with my weight and to make me stronger and healthier. Then i started going to the mums and babies classes on Wednesdays.the coaches and the owner Jay always make so much effort to keep my little one busy whilst i work out. They bring in different health professionals for the classes that educate us on postpartum recovery which has been great. The gym is always spotless clean and always feels like a safe space which i love because my daughter loves adventuring round the gym. I love the friendly environment of the gym and can not recommend it enough.”

“Another wonderful stay at the beautiful Rushop Hall this Easter holidays. We'd previously stayed here twice before in the bedrooms above the dining area of which both rooms were relaxing, comfortable and beautifully decorated. This time we'd decided to try the Pepper Pot, and we were blown away with the high standard. Particularly the attention to detail of this little cottage and the sheer comfort it provided us for our two night stay. Jan & Neil are amazing hosts, and provide you with exceptional customer service. Which has the right balance of being very welcoming but allowing you, your personal space-Really love this about them. Nothing is never too much trouble, so please ask them! Breakfast is delicious and beautifully cooked. Loved the additional fresh fruit & yogurt etc. Location is perfect, remote and relaxing with stunning views. Perfect surroundings for a wonderful nights sleep and of course beautiful views to wake up to in the morning. Thank you for making our stay just as delightful as it was 7 years ago. I love how I feel afterwards. My body is so much stronger, supple, flexible and without pain since I started at Equilibrium. Not only this but emotionally its a really healthy place - if I ever arrive feeling stressed with the day to day stuff that takes its toll, I always leave with this gone and feeling bright and cheery!
