Went to 2 high street jewellers on the rock who said could not be repaired despite one of them having repaired it previously. My initial thought was to buy a new one but I'm so glad I didn't. This is the second piece of work I've had done and both times I have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality and price. “There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING Mandy is! We are relatively new to Hot Doggy's but every time we have collected our little girl she looks like she's in a beauty pageant! Mandy is so precise with the way she cuts and styles dogs, I haven't seen anything like it before (not to mention how beautiful our girl smells after she's been pampered!). From first meeting Mandy there was just such a positive vibe and you can tell just how much care and love she has for the dogs she grooms. We honestly couldn't ask for anyone better to groom our girl. Mandy is just flawless and such a warm and kind lady. (Seeing little Arthur on our visits too is just the cherry on top! He's gorgeous!) “I've been sending my children to Mulberry Bush (Dumers Lane) since 2018 and I'd never consider another nursery. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, they form such a personal bond with the children. I feel happy and comfortable that they are there for my children whilst im work to give them many experiences (and cuddles!) When my 3rd child came along there was no question that I would also be sending him to Mulberry. They have external agencies come in to teach them languages, see different animals and even visits from the emergency services. They are outstanding in every area especially with safeguarding.”

“I've used this shop several times even though it's not local to me, its a proper old school shop manned by blokes who know what they are talking about unlike some of the national chains out there. My latest visit was to purchase a new battery for my Seat Leon they tested the old one and explained what the issue was and the fact that the battery was on its way out and the fact that this was causing several functions on the vehicle to shut down and create warning lights as the car was trying to conserve power by turning stuff off. Great shop”

She was extremely nervous and Jonathan and his nurse put her at ease from the moment we arrived. The entire process went so well, so much so that she was unaware that the teeth had even been removed! Helen, the vet, is well known to me as both knowledgeable and caring. She is the reason I use this practice and she didn’t disappoint. She diagnosed, reassured and prescribed as needed and was both caring to Betty (my dog) and reassuring regarding my concerns. Shiva always dealt with me as visited for skin care, she suggested micro needling, hydra facial and some effective injectable vitamins. I went for micro needling and vitamin C it’s effective for my skin condition as I have dark spot and hyperpigmentation. Good services and impressive results. I prefer as it’s local to me and they always offer good prices for me. 100%❤️”

“After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers. “I visited here for the first time and I was pretty impressed. The store is really clean, well stocked and organised, something a lot of the local international supermarkets could learn from. They have a wide range of international products aside from their Turkish products, so I’d strongly recommend giving them a thought when looking for Caribbean, African, Asian and oriental items. The guy I was served by was very friendly and polite. Overall I’d highly recommend them and I’ll be sure to return.”
