“We just had a one off deep clean done from Diamond Home Support. Made initial contact via email and they were really helpful. Michael I think he was called. Then he arranged for Adam to come out and meet us and have a quick walk through of the house. Both these gents were highly professional and explained things to me well. They very quickly arranged for our deep clean and I was grateful because with the number of households they work for I was hoping we wouldn’t have a long wait. And we didn’t. Our cleaner was called Mark and he worked incredibly hard. He instantly made us feel comfortable with him and we were really pleased. I don’t want someone to clean for me and it feel like I could do it myself. I want someone who makes me walk in and think wow they’ve been amazing. Mark definitely delivered on this. So much so that we’ve asked for a regular fortnightly clean from him. As a full time working mum the house had got on top of me so much and it was making me feel less than happy at home. Mark instantly lifted that mood. My husband is notoriously difficult to impress and he hasn’t shut up about how great the house looks. We would definitely recommend”

“Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”

Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. “Absolutely love this dry cleaner. You wouldn’t believe the state of my white jacket, it had been trampled on and make up thrown over it but this dry cleaner in Sale really got all the stains out. I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job.
