“Excellent pre planning and intermediate reviews, so that we got the kitchen that we wanted within the remit of our existing kitchen design. Couple of hiccups with the ordering of one of the cupboards/lighting transformer which meant a delay in the final completion. However we could use the kitchen before that was finished. We have a beautiful kitchen that fits our needs, thanks to Alistair, Josh and Olivia. Great communication and updates. We had an additional team to do the preliminary and post installation work. Adam and Bart led that part of the project. The team led by Kris for installation are very efficient and good at what they do. Initially, I put some before photos in, have removed them now as it detracts from the brilliant new kitchen! Some of the photos were taken prior to decorating. “I’ve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.”

“My dog is 4 this year and I've been coming here to get her groomed since she was a pup, always a brilliant job done and I have peace of mind I'm leaving her in safe hands. I use the groom room about 4 times a year for a full groom they do a lovely shorter cut that helps me manage a hairy home as she is a bearded collie. Edit* after this review we have found the service isn't as good as it was noticed a change in staff”

“Stevo is a mechanical legend. The Mrs, somehow broke my van side door - took it off the runners and wasn't able to lock/it was coming open when driving. As it came when I'd procured the van off a mate for the purpose of moving and she immediately broke the side door, I was less than impressed. Stevo to the rescue! Sorted the door out in less than ten minutes, real friendly bloke - perhaps the fixed door has rescued my relationship. Can't recommend enough.”

“Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”
