“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

“Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to/from just about anything you would want to do in the city centre. Restaurant made my life easier due to the convenience. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)”

“We contacted FirstMaid Cleaners as our tenant left the property in a huge mess. The cleaners were doing a great job, cleared out all the rubbish and cleaned the entire apartment thoroughly. Pawel is very responsive and we had a good communication in between. After all we are very happy with the cleaning service they provided.”

“We had a major disaster on a school site where smelly horrible pipe threading oil had been spilt onto a carpet where the pipe fitters were working. One telephone call later and the carpet was back to the original state, So much so it showed up how bad the rest of the carpet was. A return visit has been booked to do the rest of the school. “Very good hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast was included, which was a big plus – no need to rush anywhere in the morning. I stayed in a 4-bed room, and all the necessary facilities were inside. There is a small locker next to the bed, but you need to have your own padlock. The staff were always responsive and welcoming. There is also a fridge where you can store your own food. The only downside was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay!”

“My washer stopped spinning properly. Craig fixed my problem over the phone with the first question he asked.... "What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

He came round at the agreed and got the most stubborn stains out of the carpet, charcoal had formed on the bottom of my wax burner and the flakes had travelled via air allllll over the carpet i tried everything, laundry detergent, fairy liquid, scrubbing on my hands and knees and nothing budged, Kevin came round and in an hour it was asif it never happened cleanest carper ever very happy”
