“Saturday 8th June 2024 Today, I had a good fortune to be in this grand little real ale micropub This pub had some excellent quaint beers on from small breweries. There were good local followers of real ale beers. The staff/owners were really good and knew their real ales. There was also a smashing quiet real ale outdoors drinking area at the rear of the pub. The best real ale pub in Hazel Grove by far”

“Very pleased with my beautiful Christmas Tree, lovely shape & colour, a Nordmann Classic. Customer service was great all round. I emailed to reserve a tree on the Thursday & picked it up Saturday morning as arranged. Staff let me know the best place to pull up my car so they could load it into the boot for me. I definitely recommend G T Blagg for christmas trees & customer service. For a modest fee, they do home delivery. Next year might treat myself & go for this, as I’ll definitely be a returning customer.”

The bar area in particular was a lovely place to relax, with an impressive selection of cocktails and a refined ambience. The hotel’s location is another huge plus. It is only about a six minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, which made getting in and out of the city completely effortless. Overall, Dakota Hotel Manchester delivers a true five star experience. Luxurious surroundings, exceptional service, fantastic food, and a perfect central location, we could not have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return.”

“We have got used to the Sunday roast here, a quality of food and presentation far exceeding a pub meal. So last night we joined friends for a Christmas dinner. A full traditional Christmas meal was presented, thick slices of turkey, pigs in blankets, toasties, parsnips, carrots and a smooth dark gravy.
