“By far the best cafe I’ve stepped foot in, just mentioned to the lady behind counter that I was hungover and she only came over and asked did I want a paracetamol, if that’s not great service I don’t know what is? Breakfast spot on and great value for money, atmosphere great, 10 out of 10 from me! X”

“Honestly best sushi in Manchester, thanks for the perfect omakase experience for a special occasion. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves! *Their sushi takeaway is not expensive at all, very reasonable price. We paid more just because we had omakase (live cooking and chef’s menu)”

“Had a lovely meal here last weekend I'm a fussy eater usually so this place was definitely out of my normality but I was on holiday so said let's give it a go, Had the garlic bread as a starter and went for the Margherita as a main, was pleasantly surprised by how delicious both were! Would absolutely have a look if you're in the area , staff are lovely and very personable”

“Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Came in here for a last minuet meal before a gig, incredible service and fast food. The pork ramen was smokey and rich with an incredible pull apart pork joint on top. The chicken ramen had a lighter broth to it but full of flavour and morish. Fried chicken was tender and crisp, felt homemade and cozy. The atmosphere was cool and stylish, felt authentic for a small ramen shop, simple but effective. Would absolutely eat here again!”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. It is a short walking distance from the train station, easy to access. The building looks amazing and the rooms are just fab! It is a proper hotel room but very well equipped even had a small kitchen installed giving a feeling of an RBnb so you can cook your own meals if you want. Nice and clean bathroom with some nice brands of shampoo and body wash. Also had iron and hair dryer. Oh, and the view was stunning, staff was superfriendly. Wifi was quick, easy to connect and even the staircase looks beautiful. Highly recommended accomodation if you visit Manchester.”

“After being let down by another hotel I turned to Novotel Manchester Centre. I was greeted by the extremely helpful Pasquale at reception. I explained my circumstances and Pasquale couldn't do enough to help and reassure me. On a day that was stressful and grey Pasquale really brought the sunshine back for which im thankful. We opted for a family room that was spacious, clean, modern and well laid out. All the staff work really hard in the hotel and are really helpful. This includes the cleaning and room staff. Special mention to Inga and her team who were so helpful and friendly with requests I had. Food and drink in the hotel were also great. The in house restaurant serves great food whatever the time of day. Again some super helpful and hardworking staff here with a mention to Isaac behind the bar. He was friendly and helpful to me and my children. The Novotel brand has always been a reliable and great brand. Im a firm beleiver that brands and hotels are built on their staff. At Novotel Manchester Centre you really have amazing staff who go the extra mile. They are a credit to the hotel and the Novotel brand. Many thanks and myself & my family will be back again soon.”

“I recently visited Five Guys and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. One employee in particular stood out — Mubaik, who works there. I have to say he was polite, hardworking, and clearly focused on doing his job well. It’s always nice to see members of staff being professional. Great store and keep up the great work!”

“Cosy little place to eat and catch a coffee. Small but warm and welcoming. :) The coffee was bitter and plentiful. Not great for taste but great for caffeine (probably?) 1/5 for the coffee. The panini was okay. A slight crisp to it, which was nice but quite scarce on the tuna. 3/5 for the panini!”

“Very warm welcome by a tall young man on reception and when checking out. AJ on the bar gave excellent service and chat a lovely lad. Food was really good and breakfast was great. Room was good a little to warm though and we couldn't turn it down or open a window. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“There are hotels, and there are hotels, right? Equally, there are hotel staff, and there are hotel staff, with me so far? Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

“We only dine here, we don't stay in the hotel as we live locally. The Coach House is our favourite 'go-to' place to eat out. We'll be very sorry to see it close. We've had group family celebrations here, as well as quiet meals out as a couple. Great food, great staff, warm & welcoming atmosphere.”

“Good selection of food and drinks. Can actually get decent fresh produce and food vs the offies. Staff have been nice and the prices seem fair from what I’ve noticed. Clean and have a full stock of goods. Would recommend for grocery needs.”

“I had the best pizza and garlic bread I've ever had. The menu is bigger than most national chains and this makes pizzabaker all the better. There is no BBQ based pizza on the menu but all I had to do was ask and it was done, I had a chicken feast and it was amazing, so tasty. The garlic bread was great, so light and fresh, easily the freshest dough I've ever had. I will be back, very soon”

“great parking, nice staff, and most importantly, decent scran. loads of salad to choose from if that's your thing, and a really tasty doner kebab. one single point lost for playing tiktoks out loud on the tv. i felt like i was on the bus with a mindless 2020s child, but aside from that, really good, well done guys!”

“Fantastic service. Was welcomed with a smile and no pressure to place my order. Advised me how long it would be then we had a relaxed conversation. The food was well worth the wait. Cooked fresh and full of flavour. Yes it is a little more than McDonald's. But at least the food is warm and you will be supporting a local business. Highly recommend. Will go back.”

“Recommended to me through a friend, Matt and Alison were extremely helpful at every stage of the process, providing transparent and extremely good advice on mortgages and more. As a first time buyer, it can be a lot to get your head around. Having a good mortgage advisor such as CMS definitely made the process less stressful and more manageable. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.”

“Couldn't get through to our normal pizza place this evening. My friend had mentioned Twelve previously so we decided to try it and were very impressed. As others have said, staff are friendly and the food fresh. It is also the best pizza I have had for years - certainly the best I have had in the UK. I very rarely give 5 stars but they are worth it.”

“Had a weekend away in the Peak District and was visiting nearby towns. Came across this lovely little cafe in a small town not to far from where we were staying (Whaley bridge). We ordered the egg and avacado toast which was yummy!! The hot chocolate was really rich and just perfect. What attracted me to this cafe was the mostly vegetarian menu. The cafe was also a walking distance from Millennium walkway is another great place to visit!”

“What a find. I was out for an appointment, and was early. We spotted this place, unassuming. We were greeted and seated. The breakfast was cooked from scratch fresh. No preparation, out of fridge to be cooked The value was excellent. Also I could help that community in a small way. If was in my home town would be a regular.”
