“My friends and I came to Cottons between Christmas and New Year’s for a spa day and stay, it was a lovely day and all the facilities were fantastic. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the spa was peaceful and relaxing. My friends had a lovely stay in the hotel and a lovely breakfast before departing. “Been coming in the George for few weeks now after not being here for couple of years. Food menu has changed and is really good. Two meals for £12 on certain days. Can not complain one bit. “Can't fault it for what you pay. We paid £66 per double room and booked 2. My wife, children and I had an overnight stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff where lovely, restaurant area was really nice, building itself from the outside is nice. Yes some bits are maybe a bit dated but what are you expecting for £66 a room.”
