“Lovely place. 10/10. Excellent communication, easy to book. Access is via a keysafe, very simple. The room we had (No.1) was beautifully decorated with a lovely ensuite. There was a Nespresso machine, kettle, complimentary teas, coffees & even a lovely bottle of red wine waiting for us. The proprietor Tony communicated via whatsapp which made things easy. The bed was very comfy and we had a lovely stay. 2mins walk takes you to a fabulous Italian cafe (Nostro Cafe) & you need travel no further. A lovely little hotel I am sure we will use again.”

“Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. “Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “This is the 3rd time we have used the purrrfect cattery , Hayley is fantastic and provides a clean safe environment for my two cats. The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise! We shall be using Hayley again next year! :)”
