“This is for the reception staffs snd the vet - Manasa who have helped us tonight. There was a delay at first due to a pet being put to sleep, however the staffs made sure they informed us of the situation and even offered us drinks while we waited. This is already beyond being “proactive”. The vet - Manasa, she is the best vet we have ever seen in the UK. Very knowledgeable, quick in diagnosis, keep us well informed with the situation and reminded us on the medication. We were well advised and Manasa have gone above and beyond with our situation.
