She was brilliant I had a big toe nail that was damaged and she managed to remove it with no pain and my feet feel marvelous. Also Rochelle downstairs in the shop could not have been nicer. “I have been with this surgery for over 30 yrs even before they were at this location. I have generally had a very good experience with them. From the receptionists. Nurses and Doctors. Most of them are very helpfulness and efficient. I would not want to change to another practice. 1”

“I had a great experience at the Manchester Consulate. The staff, including the manager, were very friendly and helpful. They were neither bossy nor rude and efficiently handled four NICOP applications within an hour. There is plenty of parking available on Conyngham Road, with three hours free, as well as a few spaces near the consulate on Dickenson Road (though I’m not sure about the parking timings there). At the time of writing this review, next-day bookings at the Manchester Consulate are offered at 7:00 PM every evening, Sunday through Thursday. I found plenty of available slots when I made my booking. There weren’t many people at the consulate on our appointment day, possibly because it was a Friday. I did notice a couple of people without appointments being served, but you need to have a thick skin in those situations, as the staff can be quite strict or blunt. Overall, I found the entire team pleasant and willing to help.”

“I can’t possibly be going to the same clinic as most of these reviewers! Both the podiatry and district nurses teams are fabulous and have been fantastic with me whether it’s been home visits or clinic attendances since I came out of hospital in February - l won’t name individual nurses as I want to protect their privacy but be sure l know them. The receptionists are just gorgeous and forever helpful, going out of there way for patients and keeping you updated if you are awaiting PTS. You also wait very little time for your appointment and l have only been treated with kindness, respect and a smile on their faces. Just one point if you would indulge me; to the person who commented about the area being run down and the patients looking much like the area - how bloody dare you, what an absolute vile and narcissistic person you are! For the Grace of God.comes to mind. It’s my first time ever at the clinic and coming from working in an emergency department one thing l have never seen are patients being abusive and berating staff, no loud music from headphones or patients being loud on their phones - you should be ashamed of yourself with your outdated beliefs. Anyway guys, it’s a great place for your treatment here and all the staff are excellent. Apologies for the essay but I do get cross at people’s biases.”

Yes the surgery itself isn't always able to offer what other surgeries can but people need to realise that's down to the funding from the council, not because they choose not to.”

What an absolute pleasure it has been to have had Dr Nisha for my recent consultations, she is the first Dr in years to actually listen and make me feel heard!! I will not be seeing anyone else! And likewise for Ruth she listens, is friendly, and always a pleasure to see, she always makes my day! Please do not let either of these amazing women leave!!
