“I've been meaning to write this for a while but I wanted to spend time writing it to make sure I do a worthy job to explain how much Bod changed my life. I began CBT sessions with Bod in April 2018 when I unexpectedly left work with severe stress and anxiety. From my first consultation, I knew I had made the right choice in therapist... Bod has an amazing aura about him which is immediately calming, non judgemental and professional. I attended weekly sessions and I was given small but invaluable tasks to do between sessions... with no crazy pressure to do them like some therapists do (I did try to do them most of the time as I knew they'd be beneficial to my progress...). During my sessions with Bod, he reduced his fees to £60 per hour before 6pm - which is extremely competitive and meant I could afford to continue weekly sessions. I think I had about 14 sessions with Bod in total and I am a total different person to who I was before I met him. My confidence has improved so so much, I worry less about things that I used to obsess over, my driving is back to how it was pre-2013 car accident, I am so much more happier and care free. I've recommended a number of friends and family members to Bod. You don't have to have severe mental health issues to get help... anyone can benefit from CBT... I haven't had a session since August 2018 as I genuinely keep forgetting to get in touch with Bod (a very good indicator as to how good I am feeling!) I have little bits and bobs id like to tweak in my personality so I will definitely go back to him. I am so grateful for everything he has done for me and I wanted to leave this review to inform anyone who may be considering whether to seek this treatment of my experience with City Centre Therapy. “Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”

“I travelled quite a way from home to the carbon centre but glad I did because Steve is a top man and he's very knowledgeable and helpful. He sussed out the issue within 2 minutes and suggested I got my glowplug replaced before attempting to fix the DPF problem. I did that and brought the car back to him and he fixed it on the same day. He even asked for me to come back the following week to check everything is as it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Much appreciated I'll be coming back here again with any other issues in the future.”

“Have always found the therapy rooms to be suitable for carrying out my therapy with adults and children . It is warm when needs to be, clean, tidy and bathroom and kitchen area are maintained to good standards. Other people use the rooms and it is a respectful community of professionals working as privately as possible. Would recommend using this space”

It is online appointment based which is convenient for me. Many appointments can be carried out via telephone. I, myself, have received excellent care and trust the doctors here. Dr Beattie and Dr Elliott, Dr Clothier Dr Bateson are very helpful.”

“I’m very happy with the service I receive from Bramhall Health Centre. I’ve been with them since 1982. After Covid things were not good for a while but I think that applied to all GP practices and I know a lot of people left then. However everything is back on track and both receptionists, nurses, physios and GPs are very helpful and efficient. They were amazing when I desperately needed urgent care. I’m glad I stayed with them and highly recommend. Five stars from me and a big thank you .”

“Large rooms with power points. The furniture is of a good standard and the kitchen is a very good standard. The cafe area near the kitchen has lovely circular tables that we covered in pretty tablecloths with artificial flowers on each table, each table could easily sit six. There is a creche area for younger children, clean toilets near the entrance way. A security system to gain access to the building that requires a code, so you can keep your younger children safe from wondering outside unattended. And let only your party in when you have hire of the hall. Large car park as well”
