Snug by the playground, it's perfect for foodie families, picnic punters, and anyone on the prowl for friendly faces and hearty portions! Tried the sha sha chicken and the momos, both worthy contenders, but it was the cauliflower stir-fry with rice and veggies that stole my heart (and stomach). This humble veggie is transformed into a showstopper so delectable, it might just compel you to write poetry. So, gather the kiddos, nab a sunny spot and get ready for a taste of Tibet that'll have you planning your next visit before you've even left!”

“I spent a lovely 3 nights here whilst I was in Manchester for a school reunion. The hotel is in a good location and close to the station with direct trains to Manchester airport. The room was excellent with plenty of space and a great view. It was very clean and well serviced every day. A bonus was the fridge and selection of drinks. There was a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. I would like to give a big thank you to the guys in the bar, Cameron, Lennox and Eden for making the most amazing cocktails and for being very hospitable hosts. In fact all the restaurant staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. My only complaint would be the cold plates for the cooked breakfast, but the great coffee and pastries did make up for it.”

“Should've known that writing a review 2 days into a 4 day trip, would've come back to bite me on the back side. We stayed Monday to Thursday in November and on the Wednesday, someone knocked and entered my room without consent or without telling me who they were or why they were coming in. After I had shouted at them to get out they shut the door and walked back out of my accessible room. I got to the door and asked them what they wanted, they said they needed to fit something, never told me what though. Then proceeded to ask if I was going out that day to which I replied, im not sure. We proceeded to go out about an hour later and when we have come back the very thing that was broken, non emergency, was fixed. Again no one asked me to enter. No one asked for consent to enter the room id paid £677 for 3 nights. This is not deemed as an emergency because if it was, you have the right to tell me that and ask for my consent to enter. None of this was done. Id went down to reception who agreed it was out of line. I could've been in a wheelchair, In the shower, deaf, naked, anything, none of which was taken into account account. I was told there was no management there at the time and that I should leave me email for a manager to be in contact. That didn't happen for some days so I took to the IHG app which was also useless because a member of management - James- at the Holiday Inn Manchester told me that they dont correspond with one another so whatever they'd offered me in compensation has nothing at all to do with what theyre willing to do, which is nothing. Id suggest if you have any accessible needs, you do NOT book her as if there is any issues, they fail to deal with them, ignore emails and won't accept or compensate for this mistakes Ive left my initial review there so you can see the stark difference between the two in literally 12hrs Fantastic experience at the holiday inn. I brought my client as we were going to look at canal street etc. I had requested that the bed was made up as 2 singles and it wasnt but they quickly got me another bed and made it up for me. We had I think whats called an accessible room, and the room was stunning. Had all the plug sockets you could need along side usb charging ports. Plenty of lights along side a uv light in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm. They also had a bath along side a shower. Breakfast was amazing”

“I had a great stay at Yotel Deansgate earlier this week. The room was comfortable, stylish and clean. Semiat and colleagues were very helpful throughout. I had an amazing set menu meal at Motley restaurant. 2 courses and a pint for under £20. incredible! Will definitely be back.”

“I visited The Oxnoble on a Sunday with a friend who had been before for their Sunday roast. She mentioned the concept had changed a bit, but regardless, the Sunday roast was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Sean, was super friendly and made the experience even better (he recommended the cauliflower chees and OMG soo good). I would definitely recommend The Oxnoble to anyone visiting Manchester for the weekend!”

“Took my car to garage to replace brake pads and discs and mechanics struggled to remove the front wheel locking nuts as they were too tight. Unfortunately the wheel locking nut adapter key broke. The garage advised me to contact Off Your Nut and I can't recommend the service enough. Managed to remove the problem locking nut in minutes and charged a fair price for them. Highly recommended for any wheel locking nut problems.”

I asked for a design which is very complicated, they didn't have a charm similar but the nails technician lady has drawed it by herself and made it 3D. The result look incredible. “I recently had my hair done (after many years of neglect) at this salon. Prior to Covid I often went to different hairdressers as none of them seemed to click, and I am delighted to say that Cara Gibbs Hairdressing, namely Lois, gave me such a positive experience that I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. From the patch test/hair consultation to the dying cutting and styling there is nothing I could fault. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what she was doing (at the start I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted but her advice was invaluable!). Everyone else in the salon was courteous and routinely asked if I needed a drink etc. As for my hair, it is the best it has looked in a long time, the colour is exactly what I asked for, and seeing as I wanted a deep red with purple undertones you can only imagine the amount of skill it took to get bob on- especially seeing as she had to match natural brown roots to box dye lengths! I didn’t want to lose any length but the trim and layers Lois did not only retained the hair I had but made it feel incredibly healthy. Additionally, having natural curls I often struggle choosing a cut as when it dries naturally it tends to have a kind of its own, I washed my hair for the first time since the appointment this morning and the layers have added a great bounce and body to my curls which certainly wasn’t there before. Personally, Lois was lovely to talk to and didn’t force conversation in the natural lulls which I appreciated, she was also just genuinely a nice person. I couldn’t recommend her services alongside the salon more to anyone, especially if you don’t frequent salons. Truly a delightful self care treat experience!”

“Owner is very friendly and has passion for his job. Clearly meticulous and fastidious with his work and although takes slightly longer, I appreciate the care he puts into every haircut. I only needed scissor trim but would highly recommend at a reasonable price.”
