“Best shop ever! BWD is just the best. Full of great labels you can always find something for every occasion, casual or glam. The staff are fantastic. They help you with clothes that suit you, give constructive advice and opinions and alternatives to try if you need a bit of assistance for the right look. I always find something just right and their loyalty card points scheme is fab, you feel like you are getting a little something back and rewards custom. It's my go to shop for when I'm looking to treat myself. It's also where my husband goes to treat me too as they always look after him in there. I rarely bother to clothes shop town now. With great labels on my doorstep and staff that actually care about their customers why would I?”

“Good place to grab a coffee, latte, cappuccino or thier unique turkish coffee blend served in a copper pot they will never give you a reason to complain. The place is always busy (which is a good sign) and is always clean. It has a good seating area with tables outside also. The hot drinks are always amazing. Overall a good place to sit and relax for a while. Customer service is good too.”

The items are very much affordable, the store is clean, and it's pretty much easy to find the items due the meticulous effort put into item arrangement with clear tags. I enjoy using the Lidl Plus app as well. I usually get discounted offers frequently on the app, and it's quite easy to use. Good value for money, I must say! I am happy to recommend this place to anyone that needs buying stuff.”

“This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.”

The Next lady hunted everywhere for it but couldn’t find it , she suggested we went off for a coffee at the in-store Costa for a few minutes whilst she carried on searching for it. “I was given a fuel voucher by my electricity supplier as I was struggling at the time. I've been to this shop on 3 occasions and I was unable to collect my fuel voucher as a lot of the staff don't know how to process fuel vouchers although the staff are friendly they should be trained to use the paypoint machine. Unfortunately I've been left without electricity on 3 occasions. Head office please train your staff properly!!! You get paid to have paypoint machines in your shops but yet only a couple of staff know how to use them efficiently rubbish really”
