“Called in this afternoon to give a blood sample for a routine health check. Now I'm not ordinarily phased by anything medical, but when it comes to giving blood, think 'Tony Hancock, The Blood Donor' (look it up on YouTube - comedy genius). Anyway, long story short, the Practice Nurse, Caron, was absolutely marvellous - put me completely at ease. Took the blood from the back of my hand - done and dusted within a matter of minutes. Can't praise her enough!”

“I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more!
