“Fabulous gym. I started 6 years ago when my son was in a ninjas class to fill the time, I go 3-4 times a week now and it’s been amazing for my fitness and energy. I’ll be going for black belt at my next grading! It’s totally inclusive, everyone is encouraged to reach their best regardless of age, fitness level etc. Lots of different classes to choose from in timetable and great facilities. Top class coaches who invest in all students. My daughter goes now as well and she loves it. Welcoming, respectful culture. Very lucky to have this place round the corner. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Nash prescribed a combination of physical therapy and physio led gym sessions to strengthen my muscles . Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. “This is one place where you can come alive, the breath of fresh air while watching the sports activities. I love the inclusivity. They have a team for physically challenged teenagers and kids. They come with their carers or families, and it is an amazing sports center to get on a sports team. And yes! Pets are allowed in. There are no seats here, but u can always come with one.”

“Good deal on Group-on at time of writing. This place is great, clean, well priced with loads to do. There's a play frame, climbing walls, leap of faith, death drop, high climb and a caving section too (some are extra on admission). The cafe is well priced, with a good selection. We only did the play frame today but will most definitely be back to try the rest out.”

“Attend the gym and classes on a regular basis. Equipment is more than adequate and people are always lovely. The staff even ‘rescued’ a couple of flasks I’d left in the football pitches and kept them until I was next it. Very much appreciated it.”

“A lot of equipment I’m 17 been going for 3 months and I haven’t seen any faults at all people are nice and welcoming front desk staff are kind the best thing is I don’t have to wait for a bench to do my sets as there all located around the gym but yeah great gym overall maybe add some new updated machines”

“I was for one day free trial, now I have membership and really happy. It’s nice coz around me, I have 3 leisure centre and can go whenever I want, the two of them have sauna and that’s what I want the most. This one also have some sessions for my little one so she is happy too”

“Super little gym. Pretty much every piece of equipment you could ever need split over 2 rooms. Really friendly, helpful and encouraging staff. Good selection of classes although popular ones fill up fast so book in early.”

“Fantastic venue! We used this for the street comp, a stones throw from the bus station and a huge carpark next to the centre it's perfect for the commute by public transport or your own, we had the mini bus outside , it was a brill day and the hall was perfect for what we needed.”

Usually I’m very weary of trying new things with my skin as I have a condition but I was reassured well and I must say the results have been amazing!
