“We had a major disaster on a school site where smelly horrible pipe threading oil had been spilt onto a carpet where the pipe fitters were working. One telephone call later and the carpet was back to the original state, So much so it showed up how bad the rest of the carpet was. A return visit has been booked to do the rest of the school. The turnaround time has gone up a bit since they opened but that's just because we in Northenden have been keeping them so busy! He even took a small repair off me, ran it through the machine in a minute and gave it straight back without charging me for the job one day which was a lovely gesture. Nice friendly people. A great addition to our village.”

“We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
