“Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)”

“My tortoise had a long beak so making it difficult to eat by himself. I had to feed him by hand, I took him to this vet. The people are very friendly, the lady vet clipped his beak and I am happy to say he is eating really well. One happy tortoise and one happy owner. “My cats have been treated at Briar Dawn for 17 years. I was particularly impressed with the care that Posi received on a recent visit. The vet was professional, thorough, patient and kind. She suggested various levels of treatment and showed me how to administer the chosen ear drops. Posi is now getting back to being herself thankfully.”

He needed his booster and flea/worming and the vet we saw (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely kind and gentle with him. She was patient with me too and checked him over when I mentioned a couple of other things I was concerned with. Cost of treatment seems reasonable to previous vets we've visited. The lady on reception was really friendly too. Parking round the rear of the building. Lastly, they have a candle in the reception which is lit if an owner is having having an appointment to have their pet put to sleep, and request soft voices and respect if this is the case. I've never seen this before in vets and thought it was a lovely idea.”

“Freddie our SharPei x Staffie is a very strong boy and can be a bit of a handful as he is not keen on getting his nails trimmed. He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.”
