“I have had to pleasure of knowing Aidan for 10 years now and he has repaired multiple vehicles for me. I am a genuine car enthusiast and I would not let another person touch my cars aside from Aidan. His attention to detail is second to none, along with his friendliness and punctuality. Regardless if its been a major dent, or multiple small ones on a panel he has sorted them, even walking around the entire vehicle and noticing some that I had even missed. “I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. “What a wonderful place to be poorly in - having had a terrible experience earlier in the year at 'another hospital' in the next Borough I can't praise the Team in A+ E enough. Particularly Katie Frost in Reception, Marius, Oliver and Babatunde for their kindness and respect shown to my Brother - who had a nasty fall due to his Parkinson's - through to Dr Alasdair Marshall who again was so professional and personable. We arrived by Ambulance at 2pm and it felt like checking into a Hotel - even waiting until 10pm for the Doctor to be able to see Chris we never felt neglected or dismissed. “I was very nervous about leaving my precious 10-month-old in nursery for the first time but she has settled in beautifully. The staff are very friendly and caring, and really listen to you to try to help your child settle in and thrive. The outdoor space is amazing and I love seeing photos of my little one playing outside. The nursery uses Tapestry to record photos and daily observations, so it's easy for parents to see what their little ones have been doing during the day. I'm very happy so far and look forward to seeing my daughter learn more skills at this nursery.”

Albeit these days, in my 70s, I have little call for smart formal and casual outfits. But I recently needed a smart suit as a matter of urgency and found one at John Douglas with David's assistance. For a perfect fit, David expertly assessed the necessary adjustments required to waistband and trouser length and had the suit ready for collection first thing the following morning. A level of service I could not have obtained elsewhere. A business gem.”
