I have been in face to face for appointments as well as use their online system and had telephone appointments. All of which I found easy to use and was seen quickly. Just recently I submitted an appointment request online and thought it would all be sorted online (previously I was asked to send photos prior to medication being prescribed. I had tonsillitis and this way is usually easy and quick). But I was asked to come in on the day which was a nice surprise. The doctor was friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend!”

Very reasonable prices that always reflect the condition of the furniture- of which the condition is usually great. There's also a delivery service which is immensely helpful. I'm not sure if there's a charge for it although I would imagine it's nominal. The cafe upstairs is lovely too. Very reasonably priced and a great selection of drinks and food. The choices range from snacks and cakes through to meals so there's something to satisfy whatever mood you're in. All raising money for such a great place in the hospice too.”

“I would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results.
