“Me and my daughter called in for some lunch yesterday Fri 25th April. What can I say. Fabulous service and food was delicious and generous portions. I had black pudding bon bons to start and cheese and onion pie which came with chunky chips and a side pot of beans. My daughter had halloumi fries to start and a burger as her main. We were both very full after this . So didnt get chance to try the desserts . Food was hot and freshly made. Service was brilliant excellent staff . Will definitely be calling in again and would highly recommend.”

“Excellent food and service. Steaks were delicious. And the chips were really nice. Just one slight bug bear. They automatically added the service charge to the bill. So if you don't want to pay their service charge you have to tell them to take it off and then pay your own service charge. Surely the point of a service charge, or tip is that the customer gets to decide what they want to pay depending on the service they've had.”

The upstairs family or segregated seating area was good and I loved the art tapestry work. Can't beat the traditional middle eastern vibes and the atmosphere. The food to try among many is the Chicken rice pilafa and the soup is also delicious. Great place for family and the price is not only affordable but, also quality for food.”

“Amazing Food and Service at Aljazeera! ​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ​You absolutely have to try Aljazeera! This place is truly special and has the best Qabli Pilau and grilled food you will find anywhere. If you want great food and perfect service, this is where you need to go. Eating here is a wonderful experience from start to finish. ​The main dish, the Qabli Pilau, is the star. The rice is cooked perfectly and smells so good with spices like saffron. The lamb underneath is super soft and falls apart easily—it practically melts in your mouth! The sweet carrots and raisins mixed in taste fantastic and make the dish complete. It's truly delicious and comforting food. ​The grilling here is also top-notch. The Grilled Chicken and all the Kababs are cooked perfectly. They have a great smoky taste and a little crispiness on the outside, but the meat inside is still incredibly juicy and tender. They use great spices, and every bite is full of real, traditional flavor. ​And let's talk about the service—it's honestly the best service I've ever had. The staff are so nice, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Our server knew everything about the menu and was quick and helpful without rushing us or getting in the way. ​Aljazeera gets everything right: amazing, real food and incredible customer care. “We are meeting us a group of five for our annual Christmas sharing meal. This is my first time at Albert’s and I have to say the food was amazing. The service was brilliant. Steak was cooked to perfection. That peppercorn sauce was fantastic and Elly who was our server very helpful?”

“I absolutely love Coriander curries. The staff are always really friendly. They this year opened a second restaurant nearer the Four banks end of Barlow Moor Road. The 'old' restaurant handles all of the takeaways. The new restaurant is spotless and always very busy. Overall, I would go as far as saying that it is my favourite Curry house of all time. I would recommend the Lamb Shaslic.”

“This was an amazing find. It was a typically rainy Saturday afternoon in Bury and me, my partner and our baby daughter were seeking refuge and a bite to eat. We were greeted with great hospitality and swift service. The baby was hungry so we ordered her something with the drinks. We had calamari and caprese and from the first bite of calamari I knew we had made a great choice. We then shared the mixed fish platter which was absolutely delicious. Best Italian I have been to in a very long time. This place needs to be frequented!”

“Been coming here since it first opened, it's a great place for a variety of Japanese food, honestly the vegan/vegetarian sweet potato katsu is PHENOMENAL! I'm not even vegetarian and it's so good, plus the rest of the food is on point. I took a group of my friends and we ordered a great variety, I've no complaints really!”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. It is a short walking distance from the train station, easy to access. The building looks amazing and the rooms are just fab! It is a proper hotel room but very well equipped even had a small kitchen installed giving a feeling of an RBnb so you can cook your own meals if you want. Nice and clean bathroom with some nice brands of shampoo and body wash. Also had iron and hair dryer. Oh, and the view was stunning, staff was superfriendly. Wifi was quick, easy to connect and even the staircase looks beautiful. Highly recommended accomodation if you visit Manchester.”

“Relaxed little place, absolute gem for sushi, and I have to callout the cocktails - they're so affordable and are yummy. I've been here so many times now with different friends and even just once for a few cocktails. Always been excellent. Absolutely addicted to the salmon sashimi bowl, my definite go to. The platters are amazingly worth it (I used to live in London so...), portion size was SO GOOD, quality SO GOOD (see pics) Never get hot food here so can't really comment but can confirm it smells and looks yummy.”

“Supper Tasty halal food, we ordered mixed grilled platter for £25.50 which is very big size for the price and well enough for three people and taste is amazing good, and we also had houmous and a pizza and bubble tea and every thing was supper. “First time trying this place as i live 5mins away, im Jamaican background but always wanted to try African food! Boyyyy this did not disappoint the flavours were amazing especially the Jollof rice the pounded yam and egusi was lovely. some parts of the beef was tough to eat but over all i would rate this a solid 9/10. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The restaurant itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere — perfect for both family meals and special occasions. If you’re looking to enjoy authentic Afghan food in a friendly setting, I can’t recommend Afghan Cuisine Restaurant enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
