“Fabulous Thai Food, sat next to the radiator, had veggie spring rolls and massaman curry. Was early when we visited so quieter than usual, service was tip top and so friendly. Kitchen flexible for custom dishes for the particular ones in our group. Fast, fast service and very tasty, nothing was too much for the staff. Highly recommended. Dine In or Delivery.”

“This shop was amazing!! I went in for a graduation suit and the guys were amazing at pulling the suits I was after and giving me advice. As a non-binary person traditional mens suit shops can be a bit stressful but my experience was amazing!! To top it off, they did all my alterations for free to such great quality! “Fabulous gym. I started 6 years ago when my son was in a ninjas class to fill the time, I go 3-4 times a week now and it’s been amazing for my fitness and energy. I’ll be going for black belt at my next grading! It’s totally inclusive, everyone is encouraged to reach their best regardless of age, fitness level etc. Lots of different classes to choose from in timetable and great facilities. Top class coaches who invest in all students. My daughter goes now as well and she loves it. Welcoming, respectful culture. Very lucky to have this place round the corner. I’d recommend it to anyone.”

“I had the best time at the Christmas wreath workshop run by Hannah at Whitworth Locke! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and Hannah made the whole process easy to follow. The selection of greenery and decorations was fantastic, and with Hannah’s guidance, I managed to create a wreath that I’m genuinely proud of—it’s gorgeous and already hanging on my door! It was such a fun, festive activity and a great way to get into the Christmas spirit. Highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a creative and joyful experience this season!”

“We visited Rudy’s Pizza on Saturday evening around 9:00 PM, about an hour before closing, and were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. Despite the place being busy, we were seated immediately without any wait, and the staff had no issue accommodating the three of us. Since it was getting late, we decided to place our full order right away. The food arrived impressively fast. Our server, Laura, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and cheerful throughout, even when we asked a few silly questions. She made us feel genuinely welcome. We kept it simple with a Margherita, a veggie pizza, and garlic bread. The garlic bread was out of this world—definitely a highlight. My wife and I shared the pizza, and there was still enough left to take home. To top it all off, when the bill arrived, we noticed they hadn’t charged us for our drinks, and they even gave our little girl a complimentary brownie. We were told the drinks were on the house. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and a big shoutout to Laura for making our evening so memorable.”

“The best Curry I have ever had! Amazing value for money and the owner (pictured) is super accommodating, as he often allows me to switch an item for something else! As a regular customer, I get greeted with a drink on the house and a big smile too! The food is top quality, and so is the service. Freshly cooked with a 5-star food hygiene rating. I highly recommend onion Bhaji and Meat Samosa!”

“I’ll start my review by saying that I’ve eaten at all the so called ‘best Indian Restaurants’ locally and to be fair there are a few good ones but often victims of their own success. However, in my opinion, Spice Bistro is up there amongst the best and from the meals I’ve eaten, it is by far the best Indian Restaurant around the Tameside and Glossop area. The meat they serve is so very tender, full of flavour and simply melts in your mouth and this is complimented by the curry sauces which have so much flavour they make you drool. The portion sizes are exceptional because they are thick and not full of oil or watery sauce and if you order a takeaway the foil container is full to the top. I can’t compliment the quality of the food enough…….it is that good. As a side note, the staff are incredibly polite, helpful and chatty but most important they are humble and respectful and this creates a happy vibe around the restaurant. If you have not eaten here before, believe me it will become your no. 1 go to restaurant for a curry. The cost of a curry from here is similar to a kebab from a takeaway and my only regret is that I haven’t eaten from here more often. The restaurant is not the biggest in the world but that’s a bonus as it allows the staff to look after their customers and give them an enjoyable experience. I cannot praise this restaurant highly enough!”
