She was absolutely fantastic – incredibly professional, warm, and made me feel totally at ease from start to finish. I was a bit nervous, but her calm and confident manner really reassured me. The premises are lovely – clean, stylish, and welcoming. You can tell they take hygiene and customer care seriously. “Wow what can i say we had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it really was the perfect venue. Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. Thank you so much to everybody who made our day amazing ❤️”
