Fantastic personal service with a range of clothing that's top notch quality and has a strong local connection but also at a decent price. Despite the time passed and not having the original box, they kindly exchanged it for a larger size at no extra cost—shipping included! Matt sent a pre-paid returns label through straight away and held onto the correct pair until my order was returned. It makes such a difference when you can get through straight away and the problem is resolved in less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to shopping with them again.”

“Forgot all my work shirts last week for a convention at Mottram Hall. This is a proper old fashioned customer service shop and I loved it!! Paul the expert in the shop got me fitted up with three of their excellent Remus Uomo shirts that fitted perfectly then I got three Paul Smith shirts too! Shop smells good and the customer service is second to none. Even though I live 208miles away I will be buying online….after first speaking to Paul of course! Why are shops as good as this one so few and far between these days!!!”
