“Such a lovely place. Wonderful food, volunteers, people and atmosphere. There is a nice store that sells nice wine, soaps, salt, jewellery, greeting cards including wooden greetings cards, chutney, tea, jams..and many more. For me, it's love at first sight.”
“Fuel never disappoints me in the 5 years I've been in and out, every time I'm back in Manchester I absolutely have to visit. some food items are absolutely delicious and other merely very good (the pakoras and chips are delightful) haha the staff is always lovely and the atmosphere never fails to feel inclusive and homey. great gigs too!!”
“Nice place for a late night meal. The restaurant is nice and clean and it's well decorated. The staff are always available and friendly and the food is really good.”
“BOUNCER BASIT IS THE BEST MAN. SO KIND AND SO LOVELY. MADE MY EVENING SO MUCH BETTER, THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE ON THIS EARTH. BLESS HIM AND HIS FAMILY. GIVE HIM A RAISE RIGHT NOW ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“My experience at benugo John Lewis was exceptional the service was great a team member kindly carries my tray over to me as they could see I was struggling made me feel extremely welcomed, I bought a mozzarella forcia it was extremely fresh and tasted delicious . The coffees were also very nice and the atmosphere was lovely would highly recommend for everyone!”
“Amazing home cooked food, such great balanced flavours and truly delicious, healthy menu. Tasted like real Eastern European cooked in the home, which is actually what the lovely host told us: all cooked by his wife. Unbelievable desert, nothing was too heavy, but rich and layered tastes. Wine didn't disappoint either. Looking forward to trying again!”
“Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response. Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.”
“I'd highly recommend eating at the Clink, the food was great and it was for a good cause. We would visit again if we're in the area. Perfect if you're visiting Quarry Bank. We had a lovely Sunday dinner here, with the lovely veg and roasties. The charred mackeral starter was marvellous, as was the panna cotta. The staff were pleasant, with great service and reasonable prices. Good toilet facilties, including disabled loo. Access ramp in place for wheeled entry, terrain mostly flat with parking located near the entrance”
“Our little one had the time of his life and loved every minute of it. Even as parents we were impressed with the facilities/ quality of play equipment, they sell a wide range of food and lovely seating area by the cafe that has plenty of high chairs. The tables are spaced out to allow for pushchairs/buggies. They have a role play section with plenty of soft play equipment etc. for under 5’s. Our little one loved the different sensory areas. The whole place kept him entertained for hours! We visited a second time on the way home. We only wish we had one closer to us down south as we are based in Sussex.”
“Great locals bar that is justly proud of its real ale championed by the manager. Well worth a visit. Full range of Hydes beers. Paulicarus on his first visit. A few too many TV's for me.”
“Great pub, friendly atmosphere, great Guinness. Staff very friendly. Good live music and show all the sports. Would highly recommend.”
“Spent an overnight, room small but clean, bar staff nice.”
“Loved every dish we ordered from here and the cocktails are delicious. Highly recommend their fried chicken and birria”
“This is a proper pub, with decent genuine customers. If you're a poser or a wannabe.....this is not the place for you. Good old fashioned no nonsense landlord which is a breath of fresh air. Well run and chilled atmosphere. A place you can you go feeling a bit scruffy after dog walking and nobody will bat an eye lid. Good ale and wine .”
“All time favourite brunch/date spot. Food is amazing, the dishes are so creative and beautiful! The place is gorgeous with such a great vibe. Went back today for my partner’s birthday brunch and was served by our fav Mark, always so lovely and welcoming. Xx”
“This is our 2nd visit here ( we dont live locally) so our visita are far apart. The food on both occasions was delicious. We shared the CAMEMBERT for two, with 4 slices of toasted Ciabatta and red onion relish. Extremely tasty. I had the Lentil Cottage pie with vegetables. Really tasty. Hunters chicken was very tasty too. We ate outside. Then went inside for a coffee and to investigate this lovely old house. I read and looked at the photographs on the walls and found out it had belonged to The Boddington Family. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly.”
“Nice local pub with outside seating dog friendly!!”
“Dedicated gluten free menu, seated and served promptly even though they were very busy on a Saturday morning, great service and great food.”
“Lovely service and lovely drinks! I will be back regularly!”
“Went in for a coffee which was very nice also had a bit of cake which was good the shop was quite and plenty of seats to sit down”

“I had a very beautiful experience, the rooms were really clean and tidy, the amount paid for the apartment does not compare to the excellent service I received I would return to your apartment any time, I visit Manchester”
“We booked the Christmas dinner for 3 on Christmas day. The staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to help. The food was lovely and we were not rushed to receive the next course. All in all a great experience and we left with full tummies. It was my partners 60th birthday as well and the staff organised a sash and a birthday card finishing it all off nicely with a candle on a mince pie. Thank you to everyone. He had a lovely surprise.”
“Personnel's changed and it's excellent now! The service used to be really bad but they have changed the management and most of staff and they are exceptionally friendly now and the service is excellent too. Also they have live music every night however Siamak is much better than the other singer.”
