“Outstanding airport transfer service! I first discovered them on an airport transfer website in 2022 when I needed to fly out on Boxing Day, and I’ve relied on them ever since. Living in a village in North Wales, I always contact them whenever I need to get to Manchester Airport. The vehicles are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with air-conditioning, and the drivers are always happy to adjust the temperature to suit your preference. Thoughtful touches like bottled water make the journey even more comfortable. The drivers are consistently punctual, ensuring we reach our destination on time, and even when my return flights are delayed, they’re always there waiting to take me home. Polite, professional, and highly responsive. An excellent service I can always count on!”

“Honestly couldn’t fault the team at no more kennels. I only recently found the company but I have felt so at ease with leaving my boy there. They took the time to get to know him and understand his behaviours as he’s a very active dog who just loves playing. I feel a sense of relief taking him there knowing he loves them as much as they love him. We love that we can see him on the cameras having fun and being treated with love and kindness from the staff. I would recommend no more kennels to anyone looking for a safe place for there fur babies to go. I trust them completely with my Rocco and will be using them for years to come.”

“We have ordered food from Great Indian kitchen quite a number of times and have always been a happy customer. We love their food so much that we opted for their catering service for our daughter’s baptism event. Everyone loved the food and it was a pure delight. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Indian tea specially their chicken Hyderabadi and Samosa which are almost like Delhi style.”

“We were very nervous leaving our spaniel as we've never used kennels with our other dogs. Recommended by a relative, what can we say! An absolutely fantastic set up, the owners and staff are amazing, you can tell straight away they really care. Facilities immaculate and we've now started putting our new maltipoo with them. Highly recommended and more importantly you can see how good they are the minute you drive up to the gates.”

“Newgate has been a second home to my dogs now for over 15 years. The team are truly exceptional and geniunely care for all the animals. On my last visit, Ludo cried with excitment when we arrived and ran in not to be seen until I collected him. He has his groom there too and Jenny does a fantastic job”

“I left my dog Bella and my kitten Nova here from Wednesday until Monday, and I was super anxious about leaving them, the lady I spoke with on both drop off and pick up said she was new there but has been absolutely amazing! The other staff i’ve spoken to on the phone have been honest and given me updates on the two occasions I called up, my dog absolutely adored her time there and she didn’t want to leave, and my kitten was anxious at first but as soon as she’d settled in due to the staff being lovely and caring with her, they’ve had their own little holiday whilst i’ve been on holiday! I can never thank you enough for looking after my babies and I am secure knowing you’ll have them again next month when I go away, and for any time in the future! Thank you so so much”

“So this is a bit late, but i went away on holiday for 3 weeks and booked my large cockapoo and cocker spaniel in together for the duration… Keepers were fantastic, they put my worries at rest over a phone call as i’ve never boarded them before. They were collected and dropped off which made it a hassle free process for us, and the dogs were just as always - no sulking!! “Taken our dog there a couple times over the years as he rarely goes into kennels (normally comes with us) but this kennels are very carering to his needs, he always comes back very happy, like he’s enjoyed himself.”

“My pug goes every week to the daycare and gets so excited when he is realising he is going. The staff are always welcoming, happy and smiling, they really care about the dogs. I love the looking at the daily photos they put on social media. They go on walks, play games and even have themed party’s/celebrations. Last summer I used the home boarding as well, I honestly would never trust my dog with anyone else”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“I stayed at The Lamb Inn for one night with a friend while visiting the Peak District. We arrived late, but the staff were very accommodating and provided us with the keys right away. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of our stay. The only minor issue was that the shower leaked at the bottom, so the water didn’t drain properly. Other than that, everything was great. The inn is conveniently located for exploring the Peak District, though you will need a car to get around. We even spotted some Highland cows nearby, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay—I’d happily recommend it for a visit to the area.”

Everybody went above and beyond, from checking in to breakfast in the morning.... Wow! The breakfast was perfect, and soaked up our hangovers from the previous nights wedding perfectly. “Fantastic cinema experience. My mate booked online for us to watch M:I - TFR in The Lounge - at a cinema that was equidistant between where we both live (circa 40 mins each). It was well worth the extended trip. Excellent value. Food and drink are prepped and in place by your seats upon arrival. Seats are super comfy and screen was a very good size.
