“Our stay at Hyatt House Manchester was excellent. The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Both the dinner and breakfast restaurant staff were also lovely, and the food was very good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. We had booked connecting rooms and received exactly what we requested — the rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable. A great choice for families and anyone visiting Manchester.”

“An absolute godsend! We spent six weeks with Ronald McDonald after our son was born three months early. Rather than battle an hour of traffic every day, we got the opportunity to stay on site near him. My only complaints are about the other guests not cleaning up after themselves or spilling their food across the shared fridge. But I cannot fault the charity for the behaviour of its guests. I'll always be thankful to the team for making us feel welcome!”

“We've just picked our dog Stitch up from her second stay at Springbank Farm Kennels. Can't thank Niamh and the staff enough for looking after her. Thanks also for the little updates whilst we were away. I don't know what magic they weave whilst we're away but Stitch is a fussy eater at home ( my fault for being too soft with her giving her treats etc) but when we come home her appetite is fantastic. We will most definitely be using these wonderful Kennels again and can't recommend them enough 10/10”

“Review of the Breakfast at Vita Student I’m genuinely impressed with the breakfast provided at Vita Student. Every weekday morning, students can enjoy a generous and varied buffet that includes cereals, sweet and savoury pastries, bagels, waffles, fresh fruits, yoghurt, salads, and a selection of cold meats and cheeses — all completely free of charge between 7am and 10am. It’s the perfect way to start the day: nutritious, well-balanced, and full of options. The quality and consistency of the breakfast really set Vita Student apart from other accommodations. “Should've known that writing a review 2 days into a 4 day trip, would've come back to bite me on the back side. We stayed Monday to Thursday in November and on the Wednesday, someone knocked and entered my room without consent or without telling me who they were or why they were coming in. After I had shouted at them to get out they shut the door and walked back out of my accessible room. I got to the door and asked them what they wanted, they said they needed to fit something, never told me what though. Then proceeded to ask if I was going out that day to which I replied, im not sure. We proceeded to go out about an hour later and when we have come back the very thing that was broken, non emergency, was fixed. Again no one asked me to enter. No one asked for consent to enter the room id paid £677 for 3 nights. This is not deemed as an emergency because if it was, you have the right to tell me that and ask for my consent to enter. None of this was done. Id went down to reception who agreed it was out of line. I could've been in a wheelchair, In the shower, deaf, naked, anything, none of which was taken into account account. I was told there was no management there at the time and that I should leave me email for a manager to be in contact. That didn't happen for some days so I took to the IHG app which was also useless because a member of management - James- at the Holiday Inn Manchester told me that they dont correspond with one another so whatever they'd offered me in compensation has nothing at all to do with what theyre willing to do, which is nothing. Id suggest if you have any accessible needs, you do NOT book her as if there is any issues, they fail to deal with them, ignore emails and won't accept or compensate for this mistakes Ive left my initial review there so you can see the stark difference between the two in literally 12hrs Fantastic experience at the holiday inn. I brought my client as we were going to look at canal street etc. I had requested that the bed was made up as 2 singles and it wasnt but they quickly got me another bed and made it up for me. We had I think whats called an accessible room, and the room was stunning. Had all the plug sockets you could need along side usb charging ports. Plenty of lights along side a uv light in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm. They also had a bath along side a shower. Breakfast was amazing”

“We booked this hotel for Billy Eilish concert. When we booked ourselves in they told us that they were giving us a free upgrade to their best room. Well the room was amazing. It had a dressing room area, dining and kitchen area and a stunning shower room. There was also a spiral staircase. At the top was a table for two with fantastic views of the city. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There was also a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, a safe and somewhere to hang your clothes. There was a complimentary bottle of water and crisps popcorn. Basically the room had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roomzzz you were amazing x”

“What a pleasant surprise to find a really clean room and hotel; but also to be met by the friendliest receptionist, and assisted by a lovely guy, who carried our ( vast amounts) of luggage up the stairs. Thank you! ( For reference, we checked in at 3.30pm on 4/10/25).”

“We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.”

“Amazing place to stay! I just want to give a big shout out to rajaa for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check in. The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. “I will start by saying that this is a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting from the very beginning, which is why I try to book PI when I go away as I know I will have a decent sleep in a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast the next morning. This Premier Inn was very easy to find, it was a very short walk from Media City tram stop, which was itself a very smooth journey from Manchester Piccadilly station. On this occasion, we had paid a little extra for a Premier Plus room, it was only £10 more than the standard room at the time of booking and it was more than worth it. Check in was nice and easy and the staff member was incredibly helpful, showing us how to activate a second key card for the room. Navigating to our room was also a very simple process (you have to use your key card to get through to the lifts and then again to use the lift, which is excellent security). The Premier Plus room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was roomy, well decorated and had a fridge, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine and a glorious rainfall shower. The room was spotlessly clean with no faults. We were very excited to see that we had a view that peeked a little onto "The Cobbles" (Coronation Street) as this was the reason for our visit. There is a Co-op a very short walk around the corner from the hotel, which proved very useful and is excellent placement. As always in a Premier Inn, we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep. We also booked breakfast for the next morning to set us up for our day out (I always recommend booking a PI breakfast). We were very impressed with the options available at breakfast, which has something for everyone and suits all dietary requirements. The very lovely, friendly and warm Lizzie ensured we were given the allergen menu (one of us is coeliac) and quickly ordered a plate of "vegan bacon" for us on request. The restaurant was smaller than the one at the last Premier Inn we were in, but we actually preferred this as it felt more intimate but didn't impact on the choice available, which was great! Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken at breakfast, but there was still instant coffee and tea bags available to make a hot drink and this absolutely does not impact my review at all, as this is something that cannot be helped and we had a Nespresso machine in our room for a proper coffee anyway! Checkout was swift and straightforward, again, as we would expect from Premier Inn. We will definitely be returning when we visit Manchester again and really hope that we see Lizzie next time, as she was outstanding!”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

“Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to/from just about anything you would want to do in the city centre. Restaurant made my life easier due to the convenience. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)”

“Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”

“Nice room but has no USB port or shaver point. High bed. Nice and clean. Lovely breakfast and dinner well worth the money. Amble parking register on way in for free parking. Close to shopping centre.”

“Well what can I say? When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the reception! She got us to check in early at 12:45pm. My brother and I were impressed by the quality and service. Soon we were given the key card to our rooms. The moment I walked in and seeing from pictures from google, I assumed the rooms to be tiny, but it’s adequately sized, and allows enough room for manoeuvrability. The room was clean throughout and hotel staff consistently came cleaned and changed sheets and towels and what not! The nights I spent were without disturbances! The rooms temperature was great all round and it didn’t affect my stay at all! However, my nitpicks only were, the TV that didn’t have enough channels and nothing interested me. Wish it had a movie catalogue. Another thing was when we left to do shopping, my room wasn’t refilled with coffee, so I just had the one last stick and also tea as well, but my brother was nice enough to share his coffee with me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was well worth the money I spent and usually I stay at hotels, but joining Hilton honours, I did for the incredible offers should I wish to book a hotel at an early check in wherever I am!”

“My stay at the Townhouse Hotel Manchester was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was easy and fast, and the team made sure I felt comfortable right away. The room was clean, stylish, and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the modern bathroom and the little touches that made the space feel premium and inviting. The hotel’s atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, creating a perfect balance for both leisure and business travelers. The location is another huge highlight right in the heart of Manchester, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being in the city centre, the room was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, the Townhouse Hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.”

Local amenities good, petrol station, tesco, subway etc. Parking at the back of the travel lodge at a very reasonable price.”

Only slight thing was the lack of an exit to the car park from the other side of the hotel which meant going back via reception, but I'm really being picky there.
